this change is literally what has killed game after game SWG EVERQUEST WOW you name it DO NOT DUMB DOWN CLASSES ironic that your pulling the same mistake the last star wars mmo had

i dont have it at all not even on the character i bought it on its saying do arma rasa via the shroud of memory quest but i do not have arma rasa i dont have any alliance alerts at all done chapter 9 and such

cant they just give me my coins back so i can buy it again or just give me a copy of it instead of releasing a patch that does not work i really just want it on my assassin more than anything atleast until they fix the account wide thing so i atleast have somthing instead of scamming me out of money

doesnt even work on the character i redeemed it on never gave me arma rasa

still have not had it fixed even after the patch rip my money also ticket system is still bugged so if they help me i have to open a new ticket for every response are there any in game support alternatives? it would be nice to have a bioware boi respond via this post

it appears my original in game ticket did work nearly 3 days ago since i can now pull up the in game support screen again but i have no response still cant update tickets either

Due to my ticket issue in game even thoa I am a sub I would love for a bioware employee to say they have seen this post or something thank you from my perspective I have just lost nearly 40 bucks

i do not have an alliance alert and i do not remember in wich order i redeemed these it states do arma rasa i do not have said alert i also have been logging in and out for a day now

after the newest update i bought the shroud of memory unlock and received the items in my inventory i redeemed them i got the shroud of memory quest but not arma rasa i have done both chapter 9 and find a finds man and checked on other characters i asked someone in chat and they said to look for him in legacy he is not there nore is he in collections so i tried to put an in game ticket in and it keeps claiming the ticket service in unavailable for the over a day now there fore i have came here for support.

i did not recieve arma rasa alert i know i did chapter 9 and find a findsman on top of it its saying tickets system is unavailable in game

my hk-55 purchase is screwed aswell im also unable to update or post tickets in game i have the shroud of memory quest but no arma rasa i have done chapter 9 and finding a findsman aswell

i'm soooo confused i upgraded my gear and everything i watched tutorials yet i cant get her lower than 90% before i die and also i have used the memory's of health they don't do jack squat she does SOOOOO much damage everything is repaired i just don't know anymore if i cant finish this i swear.... if you need more details ask....

hello everyone let me first start off with what i mean i would like to help with a smaller guild because i would like to see it grow i also have a TON of knowledge on how to tank in raids and evan help run guilds and i will tell you why! i have helped managed guilds on a ton of games i wont list them because i would like to focus on the best game i ever helped with in a community ... Star Wars Galaxies now alot of you may know what that game was and alot of you may not it was a huge mmo by sony that i loved so much in my mind it was better than swtor but lets get back to the guild thing i had a guild on bloodfin that i was really devoted to and bare in mind i played this game since the day it came out alll the way to the end... i learned how to tank in raids and learn how to create a family guild and i learned to know EVERYONE in the guild new or old because in a guild ranks are not a thing to me we are all equal in ways. I AM FUELED by guilds they are a major thing to me in any game that lets you have guilds Now you may be asking why not find a guild thats posted... in my mind i should not pick the guild the guild should pick me! Well why not create one! because i dont "Lead Guilds" i just get involved and help guilds im not a leader im a follower and a helper but dont get me wrong if you want me to lead i will do it just ask my main thing is i want to start small watch it grow and be proud BUT i also dont want to be known as a pawn in your guild i want to be known as the helper once again i dont care for serious titles.... im on the sith side only atm i have a lvl 65 juggernaut and a lvl 65 assassin
