I have been participating in operations/raids for about five years, during this period of time I am much than sure that I have completed more than a couple hundred times "Explosive Conflict" aka "EC" on story difficulty, and more than 50 on higher difficulties, the numbers are approximate, on actually much more, maybe x2/x3 of the numbers. But I have NEVER seen <Avalanche Heavy Tank> in the drop! I can understand the point of the extreme rarity of the items, but this item is easily called non-existent, and all dropouts are an error, since few people who know about this mount can say that they have ever seen him in the loot. Moreover, this mount has an achievement with annoying 5 points, which does not allow you to close 100% of this group. Game have extremely rare old items like <Covert Gateway - Colossal Monolith>, <Titan 6 - Scum and Villainy>, <Red Sphere - Xenoanalyst boss>, <Concordian Scout Craft - the Ravagers> - but even these have a not so unrealistic chance. In connection with the above, please make adjustments to the drop chances, as they seem to be extremely low (for a game with such a long time life, this is insulting), and/or indicate the drop chance (on rare stuff) in the description of the item in the game, on the forum, or other resources, for a cleaner understanding the chances. As for me and for my comrades it looks broken, feels like banging your head against a steel door, without even knowing what is behind it. Since in its current form it looks like a casino - where you do NOT win in generally. P.s. I can't call it the only one item with such a problem ("Nihrot wings" - from R4 on Lord Kanoth is also rarer than I would like, but there is hope that with the master difficulty there will be a guaranteed drop from the last boss, like Brontes)

Could you already think about increasing the limit on "tech fragments", it no longer has some kind of "stopping gearing" meaning, and in general it does not make sense in the cap now. 11k is now an abstract figure, (e.g. 110k) add one zero behind it and you will "free" the players from the obsessive thought of frantically spending fragments until they hit the "roof", since now you have made "tech fragments" as money on par with credits. Keeping that fragments limit useless as for me. It is also worth thinking about increasing the limit in currency, "Medal of Commendation" accumulate faster than other currencies, but there is nowhere to spend it after buying starting items, it might make sense to convert some currency into tech fragments *thinking*. I also find removing RPM-13 and OEM-37 out of activity as terrible idea, change the quantity of "it" if you like but don't remove it at all, otherwise master operations and team ranked pvp will lose all meaning and become content that does not reward hard difficulty.
  3. I really hope BW will come up with this year and will be able to make tokens for machines for "legacy", it's very annoying to have these tokens everywhere, but just a little bit and change the character when they run out. Leaving this bond does not make sense because rewards are legacy
  4. I still find the new location of utilities by levels extremely disadvantageous for the assassin. Masterful (2 lvl) had most of the not interesting positions, while Heroic (3 lvl) has everything that is most necessary and interesting for an assassin. It would not be bad if you revised the location of utilities, thanks.
