  1. I always have that side quest sitting...I know it's important, I just can't remember why =P Being 42 does make you the "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything"
  2. Personally, I came to SW:TOR for the story (continuation of The Old Republic). In game, you get new companions!!
  3. You'd think someone so condescendingly-intelligent would be capable of explaining the concepts in a simplistic nature. P.S. I don't care to know, the implied tone of your posts just left a bad taste in my mouth.
  4. Was the Kreia set added to the Cartel Market today? Or is that next week to coincide with GSH?
  5. In the Bane Series, Valenthyne Farfalla intentionally disbands the the Army of Light to avoid a situation close to this. As stated, it would have to be one not following the Jedi Code.
  6. Primarily this: http://www.swtor.com/info/eldergame Generally travel the galaxy, exploring new things. Not sure if you've still got a guild, but hop in an active one that runs Operations and you'll most likely have fun and get better gear. There's a slight-taste of terror when you're running an Operation for the first time. There is: http://www.swtor-spy.com/guides/swtor-macrobinoculars-and-seeker-droids-guide/3464/ As well, you can try and get a "new" companion: http://dulfy.net/2012/10/11/swtor-patch-1-5the-hunt-for-hk-51companion-droid/ You can try your hand at Galactic Star Fighter, although that's PvP. Next week you'll be able to create a Stronghold for your character as well!
  7. All these choose-your-own adventure dialogue choices generally lead to consequences down the road. (Ex. Mass Effect, your choices in game one affect choices you'll have to make in game two) I was curious if that occurred in SW:TOR?
  8. I see, I see! I'm lightside so I'd rarely even give the consequences a second thought. Taking it the step further to RP'ing, I can certainly see how some lines of dialogue need clarification.
  9. In the preferences it allows you to show which dialogue options are aligned with which side of the force...from there you pretty much have to infer what you're character will do.
  10. I don't normally come to the PvP forum, but when I do, it's for this video. (The serious replies are the cherry on top [after said cherry has been dipped in 24k gold {and then they put a diamond on top of that cherry}])
  11. While I do have too many alt's going, I find I have a bond with my main. I was F2P for a very long time, it made the process of leveling DRAG...on and on and on. Throughout that time I was very thorough with leveling and doing planet arc's & bonus series. When I caved and Subscribed, I began focusing purely on leveling quickly and damned the quest content. For the most part, all of my alt's have just one companion I progress towards, in terms of affection. Most I don't really even care about, they serve their purposes as unlocking buff's and giving me something to do when 2X exp rolls around. Making the progress a struggle and investing more time definitely allowed me to get more out of the experience. Which I feel would actually get people to play even more. What's the fun of sitting at 55? Why would you want to get there faster?
  12. *bow* Thank you sir! It looks like I was close to some juicy stories-arc's! I'll persevere through the beginning of Season 3 to hear more about: Assaj Ventress, Witches of Dathomir and Zabraks I gotta reiterate my thanks, this certainly breathed some fresh air into my stagnant interest with the show.
  13. I'm hoping they kill them off with some delectable story-telling.
  14. I know this is typical end-game, gear oriented progression...but man, it'll be nice to get EXP again. I hope they make the EXP requirement to level, INSANELY high. Make 55 - 60 a six-month extravaganza.
  15. So I love Star Wars. Perhaps that's too strong a word, I've allowed myself to become infatuated with Star Wars. Still, I sit down in the evening, turn on Clone Wars and my mind wanders. I can put on Ep. 1 - 6 and be as content as a child. Something about the endless, yet seemingly-menial, plot lines lulls me. I've successfully attempted Seasons 1 & 2 so much, each episode is burned into my brain. If I hear Ahsoka say "Goldie" one more time, I might have an aneurysm. The fact it's burned into my brain was semi-intentional as I hoped to establish the canon in the ole' noggin as well as the films are. The problem is I just can't make it through. I end up leaving it on in the background and pulling SW:TOR up on my laptop. So, I'm curious. Does it perk up in later seasons? I've heard some canon from the show that sounds AWESOME. Yet I haven't been able to stumble across it. I'd once had a player in this SW:TOR tell me that watching them in order wasn't necessary, and that if you liked a character you could skip to episodes which focused on said character. I was leery at first, but maybe that's the way? Anywho, I've rambled on, has anyone had this problem? Even better, has any solved this problem?
  16. I thought it bridged the gap fairly well. I think it was semi-important to shift the gaze off of Revan since his role in SW:TOR is so muted.
  17. Damn my luck. Thanks for the assistance!
  18. I've yet to encounter a frenzied plaguebearer, and have run three characters through three days of dailies.
  19. Is Kreia's set in the game already (well in some other form)? I want to see how it reacts to dyes, plus it'd be great if I could save some real life monies.
  20. I'm looking forward to Kreia's Armor Set (http://dulfy.net/2014/07/26/swtor-constables-stronghold-pack-preview/) to fill the void of traditional Jedi robes. Though I understand there are some pretty strong opinions on this matter, this is just my opinion and isn't meant to tread on any other's.
  21. I wouldn't even care who the voice actor was...make it Tait or Hilary.
  22. Leave it empty and consider it a hideout for your character
  23. I really want Jar Jar to be cameo'd, but it only to be his death. I really think Abrams would make a lot of fans happy with a: EXT. CORUSCANT SKYLINE - EVENING THE SKYLINE IS ABUZZ WITH SPEEDERS CRISS-CROSSING THE CITYSCAPE. THE CAMERA FOLLOWS AN ELEGANT SPEEDER AS IT PASSES INTO VIEW. IN THE DISTANCE A SMALL PUFF OF SMOKE CAN BE SEEN AS A ROCKET LEAVES ITS TRAIL, ON COURSE FOR THE SPEEDER OF FOCUS. WITHIN SECONDS THE SPEEDER IS OBLITERATED. SECURITY OFFICAL GET ME GENERAL SOLO! WHO WAS ON BOARD THAT SPEEDER?! SECURITY OFFICER SIR, THAT WAS REPRESENTATIVE BINKS'S SHUTTLE Cut scene. Roll the credits.
  24. You don't get to use that companion on other characters. Basically there are 5 different types of companions, which each storyline features (Melee tank, Ranged tank, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS , Healer) and unlocking one provides a benefit to all storyline companions of that specific type. Example: You unlocked the Ranged DPS on your Jedi Knight. When you log onto your Agent character, his/her Ranged DPS will receive +1% Critical Chance. Also: http://swtor.gamepedia.com/Affection
