Well new crafting schematics are legacy bound so you won't be able to get high grade (over 230) on GTN. Or the point that no one sells schematics anymore that could be the real reason why.(better to just sell to a vendor) But in some time someone is gonna sell a low grade schematic as you'll see if you re-search GTN. So short answer can't/won't/soon.

But the gear given is still low as it's not the max or even minimum for any matter. story (level synced) and veteran mode FPs and WZs offer bolsters to give you the minimum requirements to compete And those offer better gear for future competing content. The boost system is to offer the skip over vanilla to the latest expansions(as it will take a while to get to from level 1)

Yeah token vendors offer mounts (reputation, events, and expansions) like Hoths Tuantuans but some are easier to get.

For them to be unlocked you must get the full set(head, chest, hand, waist, legs, feet, and wrists(some sets may be different)) if you have one or more of those pieces missing it won't be unlock as it offers the full armor. But they can be combined with other pieces from other packs. And if these are not your conditions you can apply a in game ticket to ask for assistance on your problem.

When will anyone learn that making a super weapon will mean losing it afterwards… When a super weapon blows up they say "Impossible!!!" When it's the second time, and not the last time it will happen (talking about battlefront 2s trailer content)… Can we please have a story without a super weapon but bit more apocalyptic like Ziost. yes if you are a smuggler and your friend any Jedi you'll have to meet on fleet but if your friend is a Jedi guardian and you a Jedi sage you'll meet on planet(tython). if you play the same class on the same mission you can do it but it will only progress for one of you. yes tython is mainly for Jedi; guardian, sentinel, sage, shadow. Same goes for other planets with other classes.

Well SoR does offer a replayable final boss in multiple difficulties (solo (1 person), OP story/veteran/master (8-16 people. It's really hard)). But the actual reason why they probably won't is level sync. The replay on different difficulty for KotFE & KotET is based on gear and with level sync gear doesn't matter in further chapters.

Not the veteran skills set but it's a good starter for those who want want cartel market items or strongholds.

Let's face it no one uses outlander tokens as they don't offer experience and adaptability starting at level 1. But 65 makes no sense like starting half way of a good story isn't right in any game sense.(I consider KotFE & KotET one whole story.) But taking from a different game point (Witcher 3 wild hunt) also can start from vanilla, DLC1, DLC2. There's no jump over any missed expansions in that game but with here and outlander tokens we miss RotHC and SoR. Though I love going through original stories but there should be an option for those that are new and have never done those have a chance to get to those with out the hassle of waiting and levelling. Also this way people would complain less about missed romances.

It changes on different difficulty from what I hear try running on veteran or master if you got the gear.

That's only for troopers. Though I have no trouble getting her and Quinn on my other characters.
