  1. wow the design for this gear is just horrible, i can understand what they might have been trying to do with the "sage" idea but for shadow it doesnt fit in the least, and as for male consulars such as myself how do you expect me to wear some female styled shaw and look like a jedi willing to embrace the darker side of things and carry out missions that put us closer to the darker side of the force. i want the designer for the empires gear, at least cosmetically they match their class, and dont look like some feminist doodled this up in their free time. im ussually a strong supporter of the designers being an artist myself i understand how sometimes ideas dont turn out how they were envisioned but holy crap, this stuff is just garbage on a whole new level
  2. i think maybe another innovative change that could go along with the current idea of stacking procs, and what not is being able to stack buffs of Force Synergy increasing our melee critical strike chance for some increased burst with spinning strike, and shadow strike for when it procs. almost guaranteeing a critical strike with it so we still maintain our squishiness, and burst dps but the burst becomes more reliable, instead of having to rely on 2 min CD's to make sure you crit and have burst
  3. i would gladly give up force speed for something like the shadow leap/step ability, which is more fitting an ability to the shadow than being able to run faster, since you are most likely gonna be dead before it becomes of any real use as an escape mechanism where as a shadow step/leap ability would help position us for our opener on the target of our choosing. and the CS strike debuff would be freaking awesome, i feel other classes would finally have an understanding of our horrible resource management as infiltration shadows, kinda like here take part of my curse kinda thing lol. have a 50 guardian 50 trooper, 50 BH and 50 shadow, and from experience i can run through my rotation continuously on my guardian and never worry about casting resources, while as a BH and Trooper, it is somewhat more difficult to control, but easier to maintain, and have a steady out pour of intense DPS, but on my shadow which is consider my main being valor 68, once i have finished my opening rotation and burst rotation from stealth i am completely useless, so being able to make people think twice about what skills they want to use against us would help make it a more strategical fight than just out lasting our opening spike dmg then cutting us down 1 peg at a time when our force Regen is crap
  4. seems mine has randomly started working again, went and played on an alt for a few days and the issue has resolved itself, not sure what caused it or how it was fixed.
  5. would definitely love a skill like shadow step mentioned seems like it would fit the infiltration tree perfectly, really the only thing i feel shadows need is a tad more survivability, as being a super squishier melee trying to get into the fray or take out a healer we either die trying or shortly there after. along with a serious increase in force or force regeneration, i constantly find my self being damn near useless and having to wait 3-4 seconds in between any singular attacks after i have blown my load with my opening rotation. cause i think as some one else has stated sometimes it just not enough and if it isnt your most likely gonna die cause you got no force to do anything and your survivability is crap
  6. tried toggling shadow technique and all the others still get error message, and lol yes i have been using a double bladed lightsaber.
  7. as the titles says Force Breach seems to be broken on my shadow. happened half-way through a huttball match. even when i had full force it was still unclickable on any targets. i have tried resetting UI even reloging and removing it from toolbar and reaplacing it but it doesnt want to work anymore. have tested it in PvP and on PvE mobs when i try to use it i get error message "required effect not present" any help would be greatly appreciated *update also i am not receiving buff stacks of exit strategy
  8. ikr why i have learned to sit in the shadows and wait for that opportune moment to take out the healers/ squishies or if i notice they dont have the champion/bm saber then i take the risk and see how it goes. lol
  9. i hate to use this term but it really is a L2P scenario. some of the guildies i PvP with are Guardian or Sentinel and 1 v 1 and most 2 v 1 they dominate the crap out of anything, they are similar to shadow infiltration in the respect that they take alot of skill and understanding to play. while being one of the hardest classes to master, once you do the gap between you and every other class out there becomes huge. im currently valor 67 with full BM gear and the only thing i fear in WZ's are a sentinel/guardian and their respective counterparts on the sith side if they are in the hands of a player who has figured them out.

QFT lol. but in all seriousness it may seem like a decent idea at first but like all things the majority would find a way to use an abuse the system to make other peoples lives hell even if they are not part of the minority that causes the issues. although there are sometimes when i wish you could do this. specially for people in Alderan WZ who just sit there and not even notice that the cap point is beeing taken right infront of them and do nothing.
  11. op maybe your broken.... i get at least 2-3 tokens a week. got 3 last week after the patch, did my daily and weekly for the reset yesterday and got 2.. so can still get more this week.
  12. OP i think you are just very unlucky, since the patch just getting the bags from the last 2 weekly's i have seen so 4 weekly missions in total minus the slots for the BM bags since i go after those i have seen champion belt, and legs drop
  13. only place i have noticed an issue with stealth is in WZ's ussually once per match i get some ranged attack from 30m away while i am in stealth. i have considered it might be an AoE but it has happened with saber throw and a sorc's chain lightning along with a BH's grapple, and a operatives ranged skill from cover. example is for a void star i was stealthed at our door right under the bomb plant location while a Jugg was out past the two pillars when i received a saber throw from him from max distance which broke me out of stealth.
  14. i run 0/33/8 Iniltration rotation for sorcerer is usually pretty simple, Stealth -> CS x2, pop both Battle Readiness and the surge/crit relic Project. with this opener CSx2 ussually breaks their bubble and with relic/BR when double project procs it can knock anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of their health out immediately if it crits, from here i look at what they are doing, (side note) ussually after this opener i notice most of them always try to cast their CC to stun you while they try and heal so its sometimes a good idea to pop resilence to negate either their stun or insta cast chain lightning, sometimes maybe both. doesnt work all the time but i have noticed that it does for a majority of the time. casting heal = mind snap +force slow if not Force breach + force slow from this point i ussually repeat CS x2 but activating force potency. if they are casting again low slash followed by Project and force breach. this is just my flavor but after this i will usually combat stealth out cause im running dry on force and let them try casting again and use spin kick to knock them down and gain shadows respite for force regen. then pop my 2nd relic if its up, and follow through with CS x2 and project again and ussually the 3rd CC which fills their resolve bar force stun, most of the time they die before i can use my 2nd relic, and 3rd CC but if they are still alive u can most likely use spinning strike coupled with a project and another Force breach. for interrupt/CC i use mind snap first cause with 0/33/8 it has a reduced CD and using it first means that by the time you have to use low slash, spin kick and force stun it will most definitely be up again if needed. most of these are purely situational though depending on what they are casting and when.

    and here i was sitting in the corner grumbling cause i only have force run which 90% of the time is either negated by massive roots or incomming force leaps, and knockbacks that send me halfway across the map, and that i have to run anywhere from 70-100m from the ground floor to get up top where all those nifty ranged classes such as trooper/BH and Sniper/Gunslinger sit and rain pain down upon me all day. each class has its own advantages and disadvantages in huttball. learn em, us em, and plain just exploit the crap out of it till all your enemy's are laying dead before you.
