Our guild is running planetary rampages and when a bunch of people swapped toons, then can't get back in. Those that are still in game can't travel to other planets or their strongholds.

I have my towel on standby...

Mine has moved back to original position after changing planets sometimes. It's a bit random.

What's annoying is that after you move it, it resets back to the original location sometimes when going to certain planets or changing characters.

He does fantastic music. I was playing the game the other night while listening to his star wars tracks. While I do enjoy the game soundtrack, it's nice to have a taste of something fresh every now and then.

LOL very nearly. I live about 15 minutes from a cluster of data centers in VA. Pretty sure that's where the server is. I do IT work in some of those data centers and may have walked passed the server without knowing. That's why when I experience lag, I take more notice as there's not much that can go wrong between me and the server. I'm still as of last night experiencing some input lag and missed abilities so I'm having to hit abilities twice. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a similar issue to what the Darth Malgus server was going through a few months ago and this may be the start of the issue.

I have noticed this on my two new toons on Star Forge. As my comps have been on heals, it hasn't really been a problem, but could be if I level in the middle of combat.

Running the plotter now just to figure it out, I see two hops and nothing really glaring, is there an option to generate a report?

I'll run that if it tanks again, it lasted for about 15 minutes and then went back to normal. We were in a group of 21 and it was like 3-4 second lag from button press to action. But others in the guild on other planets as well as on fleet had the same issues so pretty sure it was server side. I guess the hamster had to get some water before getting back on the wheel. If it happens again in the next 48 hours, I'll post the results from the ping test, thanks for that info.

As the title suggests, our guild members and myself are experiencing heavy lag on star forge with ability activation. If someone could put the server hamster back on the wheel, it's be appreciated.

I would try deleting or renaming the "client_settings.ini" file in the folder; C:\Users\%username%\appdata\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings\ It will cause the game to recreate the file and should reset all your video settings for the game.

I agree that there should be an option to quickly close it and an option to disable it entirely without having to disable the system messages as those can be vital info in a boss fight.

I get this occasionally when I have turned off my headset before closing the game. If I close the game before tuning off the headset, it closes just fine.

Had a lot of lag on ilum and some in TFB. While on ilum, there was 2 to 3 second input lag. I live fairly close to the east coast server and normally see 7-12ms of lag, but it shot up into the mid 100's from time to time. Other group members reported bad input lag while taking down ilum world bosses.

It's worked ok for me the past couple weeks in our guild. You know that you can only do it once per day per legacy and the perk has to be turned on as well.

I agree with everything you said. As a result of the new system, our guild rarely do ops anymore because the rewards are not there. We have a HM group that is running the ops in HM so everyone who doesn't have the achievements can get them but as a rule, we do a guild SM ops like once or twice a week. Usually only if it's a CQ objective.

Problem solved! Here's what I did in case someone else runs into this. I called the USA Support line; 1-855-345-2186 and explained I wasn't getting the one time passwords and they were able to supply me with one after verifying my account. Once I was in, I was able to set up my security key but kept the support person on the line since it asks for a second key during this process. Now all is well. Secondly, I found the root cause for the emails not coming through, somehow I accidentally put no-reply@bioware.swtor.com on the block list so that's why I wasn't getting the emails in the first place. So I took that off the block list and white listed it, problem solved.

Found a swtorista video about this issue and a work around so if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm on gigabyte internet, so that's not the issue. Same thing happened a few months ago and they had to fix something on their end. It being the weekend, it's not going to be fixed anytime soon. I use the app on my main account but was going to set it up on my alt, but can't since I'm not getting the email. Oh well. -_-

Engine sound on guild ship is louder than it was before, please fix this as it's very annoying and I have to mute the sound while on our guild ship.

I second this, the biochem chance needs to be higher than a measly 5%
