Hey guys! If you've visited the Community Content forum you've probably seen my thread "Choose Your own Adventure", so you can probably guess what this is about. For those who haven't; I posted about creating a a new toon and playing it with input from those here on the forums. After tallying up the votes it was decided on a male Chiss bounty hunter with body type 3. I was given free rein for looks, and came up with this guy. Meet Pink Hair, aka as Pink Vir on The Harbringer server. It's been awhile since I played the BH story line so I'm a bit fuzzy on the specifics. Play wise, where should I go with him? Light, dark, a little of both? Personality? Hell, does he even have a personality? I'll be posting his story through videos that I'll link here, so you can watch his exciting trek through the universe. The first planet is Hutta, so now what? His foray into SWTOR is about to begin. Help him guys, you're his only hope!

Welp, there was only one vote added so its pretty easy to tell where this character is headed. Male Chiss bounty hunter it is then. Aside from the body type which has already been decided, are there any specifics to his overall look that anyone wants to chime in with before I start? Scars, hair style, skin color shade?

Thanks for the reply! At this point I've done all the class stories at least once, so it'll be nice to see what others can come up with. After this recent update I've come to the decision that until we get a better idea of where BW is going with this new story, I'm putting my mains on ice for the foreseeable future. Maybe grind a little CXP or heroics here and there, but that's about it. You can only do that for so long though before you get the itch to do more story content. So, I've come up with a solution. I'll create another character to run story content on, with a little input from you guys here in The Void we call the SWTOR forums. From species to class I'll take votes for those and everything in between including story content. I will then post the videos on Youtube for you guys to enjoy if you see fit. At this point I doubt I'll be taking any characters past KOTET until there's clarification on BW's time line. The lack of content that's been released after waiting nearly 5 months is disappointing. How is it that they can release 9 chapters aka KOTET in the same time frame that they released this? Yes, OPs were a priority, but that still doesn't make any sense. You can also tell they're trying to reduce the number of characters for the main story. Unless you're a Theron or Lana fan you're basically out of luck when it comes to intelligent companion conversation. BW what is your game plan?

Yeah, its interesting to see how his character is evolving through the expansions.The conversations he has with his father from both sides gives you a slightly bettee idea of what little relationship they had. I was originally planning on switching my agent to the Republic but after seeing how Malcom runs things I'm reconsidering. He seems like a leader who would go off the handle at the slightest provocation and more likely to stab you in the back than even Acina who's a Sith. She's made no efforts to hide the fact her people are her priority and that she's manipulative. She's even said it outright. She has her secrets, but she's not hiding the fact that she does.

There's actually a light and a dark version for killing him. In the dark, you basically come off as another tyrannical dictator; aka Arcann. In the light version you come off as doing it for the sake of justice for everything that Arcann's done. In both cases you kill him, but the light version comes off as less vengeful and petty. Light version: Start at 1:25

Still rooting for my favorite pirate, Andronikos. Forget Koth. I want him piloting the Gravestone!

There's a line from chapter 2 in KOTET that I think seems appropriate for warriors who decide not to kill Quinn when he returns. If you choose the light option and don't kill Lormen, the reasoning given is that sparing his life ensures a faithful subordinate in the future. Sound familiar? XD

****Spoiler Alert**** the button isn't working for some reason....... But I chose the option of not allying with Acina and mentioned not wanting to cavort with either faction. Now I have to flip flop? They're going to turn my agent into a politician, dammit!

Yep. Especially when there are some classes that have nearly all their comps back and those who have hardly any. Even if they are from Alliance alerts. I just hope we're not left waiting nearly another 6 months for another update after this one. What would be interesting is of they had more than just 2 companions return in one go. Basically piggybacking on the crew idea in chapter 13 with Gault and Vette. Personally I'm waiting for Andronikos to show up. It would be a nice surprise if he and Jakarro had teamed up and taken over Rishi.

Learned about Voss too late. Finally found someone to do a run with last night. We ran Voss..... and survived!

Ok. So I just need to set it to Veteran mode rather than story mode for it to work. That's where the misunderstanding was. Thanks! I'd love to do these in a group, but with the advent of the CXP grinding, finding groups for any heroics (especially star fortresses) is difficult now.

But if I don't do the bunker part, I can;t recruit the new alliance members, right?

It;s not the difficulty level I'm having trouble with. When I attempt to talk to the npc to continue the alert, it instead tries to start me on a separate version of the same star fortress. On my mission log it says Heroic+2, but I want to do it solo. Is it possible to abandon that version and do the solo version instead without breaking the quest chain?

Is there a way to complete a Star Fortress Alliance Alert solo? It pops up as a Heroic+2, without giving the option to do it solo as in other instances. With the focus being on grinding CXP points, its nearly impossible to find anyone for anything but.

Koth doesn't make much of an appearance in the later chapters. There is some definite tension when Arcann show up at the Alliance base when he joins the group. He shows up to help in some battles and there's some dialogue. Even though the devs have said that they moved on from the KOTFE/KOTET story, here's hoping that they'll at least be some inclusion of Arcann in any future expansions if you kept him alive. You go dark and kill him half way though and that's it. He'll shows up to kill you again one final time as a force ghost under Valkorian.

The problem is that the writers give you the options to either kill both or save both. There's nothing in between. If you kill them you can come off as heartless or pragmatic, however you want to spin it. Arcann's out of the way, and no longer a threat to the Alliance. I feel less sorry for Senya because she couldn't back up her claims to do whatever it took to save Zakuul, even if it meant bringing her kids to justice. I think if you choose the light side and save Arcann, its basically either to use his knowledge of Zakuul for your own ends; or take the Jedi approach with the idea that a dead man can't make up for his wrongdoings. I think there's a quote from the Consular class story that mentions something similar. 99.9% my character were neutral before the DvsL update and I still play them that way for the most part. So far out of the three who I've run up to chapter one, only 1 has saved him. My Consular will probably be the only one added to the list of 8 classes; but she's my only LS character. XD

Hey! That might not be the case. With the player base being primarily focused on Theron and Lana interactions along side the original comps coming back, we probably will see them having more face time than the others.
