  1. I have no issues healing anything. Currently on 16hard Keph in denova since last week. I just don't see these relics as being as resourceful as they could be or as effective as what I see other roles relics that are proc. I'm not asking for some super heal by any means either. But a 20sec internal cd proc for a 450 heal boost really is not as well thought out as it could be. Especially when I can get more then an additional 450 healing from power relics within 20 sec from rolling hots. I will agree, with merc healing I can see this as being a possible solution to the recent nerf, but still it could be and should be better though out then what it is.
  2. Right, I agree it's good in flashpoints and pvp, but I really don't see it as being an effective or efficient reward for denova. They just need to update to only able to proc every 20 sec on the same target, not as an internal 20 sec cooldown on the proc its self.
  3. Right, but when you're already pushing over 19k as a healer the endurance is useless on a relic and when it's your base heals that is really needing to be boosted. As it stands, I will nomally have my own hots rolling on atleast 4-5 people consistently, then use my ae heal and KI as needed. A 450ish heal is nothing when I could add 68 power with 2 tanking relics and get more efficiency from that over 20 sec between all my hots and the boost to my standard heal.
  4. You can only use one first of all, they share a cool down. And getting a 450ish hot on someone every 20 sec does absolutely nothing. They really do need to be better tuned. As I said, if it was every 20 sec on a specific target to proc, it might be ok as raid healing overall is more demanding in 1.2 and as an op healer i'm mainly focusing the raid and might see a difference. Even as an MT healer, you really think that a 450 hot every 20 sec is worth it? Use the +power on activate to get a bit of burst, or as I stated, the tanking ones have +power as a static stat to boost all your heals. If they added an additional stat, and not just endurance and the changed the proc, that would probably better balance these to the other classes end game relics.
  5. Compared to the other relics that are currently out, the T1 and T2 healing relics are absolutely trash. The 20 sec proc needs to be removed and the % lowered, or possibly make this a debuff on the person that receives the additional healing and not an internal cooldown on the relic. As it stands right now, the healers have no end game relics that are worthwhile. I personally find myself using two tanking trinkets since they have a base amount of power on them. Please Bioware, take a careful look at how bad these are designed for end game healing.
  6. Before patch 1.1, I was able to get blue schems as a cyber tech from lvl 48 green craft RE's in about 3-4 RE's, purple schems from the blues in about 5-10. Now, since patch, 50+ greens with no blue and well over 100 blues with no purps. Something got broken.
  7. 100+ blue quality cybertech RE's with no upgraded schem.
  8. I beat this minus the elite fighters will all grade 3 parts and no bought items from ship vendor, space bar spamming while ships on screen and going through mine field and making sure your regening shields out of combat.
  9. 1k cap sort of sucks yes. Have lost 3-4 games of coms due to not paying attention to how many I have.
  10. And open world pvp here is considered to be the illum caps or in tat. PK's would be the term you are looking for I believe.
  11. Open world PvP and ganking are entirely seperate. Fighting over a plain with players is open world. Sneaking up on someone while they are not engaged in "open world pvp", i.e. fighting mobs is ganking. I do agree with you 100% however, there is a need for pk rewards outside of WZ's. Would make more sense especially playing on a pvp server.
  12. Where did I say that? There will always be a gank. Unless you're jumping 5v5, 1v1 is 90% of the time a gank. I play on a pvp server and love to gank. But was correcting you, due to everything the OP described was describing a gank.
  13. Everything he mentioned is ganking. "Unsuspecting" "Sapping their companion while fighting an elite". I do agree however, you should be rewarded for open world pvp. I'm sure it'll be added. Would be silly not to, but then again. They do have capture points for factions to fight over. Which leads to daily quests and you do get rewarded for those. Unfortunately, like on our server the other faction will not cap them, so nobody to fight and can't complete dailies.
  14. So you're saying that 1 week of pvp rewards is equivelant to more then 1 pieces? I don't think it should go out that fast by any means. Maybe 2-3 weeks of pvp for the average person (10-15 wins a day), should be the equivelant for 1 piece of gear. Sure it sucks that others are getting it faster, but you can't complain about it. Oh well, its luck, its a different system, you'll get it all eventually.
  15. While it must be frustrating, I gotta say its better then a flat system like other games use. I've done the pvp grind in both vanilla and later wow and aion. Aion was had it right, if you want something, work for it. Vanilla was insane, it wasn't fair by any means, basically play more and always preset. The system here is a traditional RNG, nothing wrong with it, its actually what most MMO's use. Play any non-western MMO, max lvl in it and then play a western MMO, you will never complain again about any sort of grind or RNG. The fact that you can even reach max level as fast as what people are doing is sort of upsetting, let alone the fact that the end game gear (currently) is going out at such a high rate of speed. Now, if the game had been out for 3-4 months sure, but 1-2 weeks? Come on now. Aion took 1.5 months for me to buy the best pvp weapon.
