The East Coast Servers have been down now for 14 hours and there is still no ETA on this?

I'm afraid they don't exist anymore. They have vendors for the Dread FORGED gear on the fleet. Those are the Token vendors ppl have spoken of above, in the south-most room of the Supplies area. And, they have vendors for the Dread MASTERS gear on the Gav Daragon, but I have searched and searched and there aren't any vendors for the Dread GUARD gear anywhere, including planets, that I have been able to find. I wish there was.

From what I've gathered on the forums, these [inheritance Mainhand Weapon Construction Kit] are absurd. It took me over 30 lvls to finish my Class 1 storyline and get this reward, only to discover that it's a weapon that is (1) not modable and, (2) appropriate from a char of around lvl 14?! You gotta be kidding me Bioware. What you should get after completing a storyline that takes over 30 lvls, is a great piece of gear that you could use from that point on into the end game content. As it is now it's just so wrong, it's downright insulting.
