  1. When people are taking vengeance, carnage(not for speed boost...), and annihilation to ranked, then you can troll all you want.

  3. everything will be viable just as soon as they buff carnage, annihilation, and vengeance. Then everything will just be learn2play.

    Underpowered?

    Annihilation: weak self heals, dot cleanse, annihilator/juyo stacks, 4meter, vulnerable to cc, lack of cc, major defensive tools not available most of the time, can be ccd while undying is up, camo doesn't cleanse. Carnage: unreliable rotation, lack of cc, vulnerable to cc, difficulty staying on a target(root breaking class or being ccd after rooting), vulnerable to ranged dps, major defensive tools not available most of the time, can be ccd while undying is up, camo doesn't cleanse. Vengeance: relies on rampage, can be ccd while ravaging, no root on ravage, major defensive tools not available most of the time, doesn't deal enough damage, No escapes except intercede.
  5. I want to win more with specs I actually enjoy. I am not a fan of the current overpowered specs. Many of my favorite specs are trash and that is frustrating.( I want non rage melee dps to be optimal)
  6. Roots are overrated when you are a 4meter class and susceptible to cc's. Ravage and charge roots are almost worthless with how many cc the classes besides marauder have and ravage being uninterruptable doesn't help much because of cc. The speed boost is nice but that's an even worse job than being a node guard assassin. I don't think vengeance puts out acceptable damage or it would be the most common warrior spec in ranked. Lethality and marksman in my opinion are both much stronger than arsenal and lightning. Lethality has better burst damage on a single target than marksman and has the best dots in the game which are very overpowered. Lethality also has many other advantages over other dps spec that all sniper spec have. line of sight is used when trying not to die from ranged dps and only exist because ranged classes are 30meter+ it is not a weakness it is a strength. lightning and arsenal are inferior to sniper but are superior to all non rage melee dps in the game. Carnage being difficult to do well with is not a good thing, it is that way because it is lacking tools to be properly effective. Carnage is poorly put together with a very unreliable rotation, lack of rage generation, too many skills, and relies on not being ccd with no protection against them. Roar sucks in my opinion, it only last 6 seconds not enough time to cap a node and breaks on damage, it doesn't help carnage become a more effective damage dealer at all. I think this game is ranged dps dominated in warzone and I think non rage melee dps need a lot of work to be more effective.
  7. Idk about this. Just because players love their class and won't give it up and their team can make up for them playing it doesn't mean the class is a good option. Non stealth classes parse around 3k+ powertech is the only dps without stealth that does not.(besides the hybrid) How does powertech make up for having bad survivability, nerfed burst damage, and the worst sustained damage of the non stealth class? If lethality operative, dps powertech, and madness sorc are viable then wouldn't that mean that every spec is?(conceal, pyro, annihilation, and madness sin can't be much worse than these)
  8. That would be great except marauder on the forum don't even care much about making carnage and annihilation better for warzone. Go to the marauder 3 questions thread and you will see this. Assassin are going to get all the buffs -__-. Some specs need to be nerfed and should have been nerfed months ago, excessive nerfs happen because bioware is careless but this could probably be prevented with good communication. Even if bioware just completely botches balancing, I would rather have annihilation, vengeance, and carnage be overpowered, and have rage be the garbage spec.
  9. How is vengeance in ranked? I hear it isn't as good as it needs to be for ranked. I am also hearing that marauder rage is superior to jug rage. It would be nice if the 2 rage spec were closer to the same strength and if vengeance jug were viable/optimal in ranked.( and warzone in general)
  10. Is carnage a strong spec for ranked or do people just favor it because the play style is fun? I have played it probably more than any other spec myself and I don't see anything special about it but a lot of vulnerabilities. I prefer vengeance over carnage because of unstoppable, no rage management issues, better survivability while ccd/against dot, and force push+leap mainly. I think vengeance lacks damage output it needs for people to play it in ranked(not sure though) but I just prefer the vengeance tree as it is now over the current carnage and annihilation trees.

  12. I hate smash, I have every class, my favorite is warrior because I like dueling. You don't know what your talking about when you comment on warriors.
  13. Carnage, annihilation, and vengeance need buffs for warzone, leave immortal how it is and nerf healer, rage is over powered except when compared to lightning, arsenal, marksman, and lethality. You need to nerf these if you nerf rage. Warrior def cd should be buffed if anything, saber ward is down 168 seconds and up 12. Most of what you said is ridiculous.
  14. His list could use some work. I think this is a good idea for to help balancing but I don't think his list is completely accurate.   15. Jugg tank are good but considering we have rage, sniper, and operative healers running around, I don't think they are op. Healers make them op.
  16. You are just making false accusations because you don't want premades to lose their advantage. I am pretty good, there are many players who are better than me or have better gear but I am always a good teammate to have in reg warzone. I do not think I deserve a better team wth? I think that teams should be determined by luck or matchmaking not by premaking them and being able to use a superior team build, team chemistry, and or players. I do not mind losing, what I hate is when my team is just horrible can't break 100k dmg and half the people afk, no heals, no calls, etc. I also hate when the other team is premade and destroys us by playing the objectives together and with a superior team build(geared players, healers, tanks, team chemistry). If I want to find out if I am better than a player I challenge them to a duel. I would love for there to be 1v1 warzones so I could see how I compare. You do not have the power of 8 players. Because of everyone being around the same strength you cannot carry 8 man teams in warzone if the other team puts in any effort at all. Since premades are popular with friends and a lot of guilds I think the better solution would just to be giving us decent warzone rewards especially when we have to play premades without being in one ourselves. instead of wasting our time, our warzone, and giving us 2k credits whenever we play a decent premade team.(also give everyone a healer and tank or nerf them)
  17. Usually the fotm class is both easy to play and extremely powerful. Since I started in January I have seen pyro pt, sniper, medic, and rage stay overpowered for a lot longer than a month. What the good ranked teams are using tells me a lot about which classes are the strongest and which are lacking.(ignore the outliers) Unless you are a dot spec damage tells you a lot about how well you did in the warzone, objectives matter obviously but objective points don't really tell you how well you played them.(when playing dps dmg per second and killing blows are most important stats to me)
  18. Most spec are easy to play once you learn them and what you do against random(probably bad) players doesn't really mean anything. Balance matters when you are playing tough competition and every advantage counts. Carnage is harder than most because it has a ton of buttons, is 4 meter, gets wrecked by cc, has the worst cc in the game, dies easily without its cd, and has an unreliable rotation(imo). The reason I don't like smash is because I didn't roll a marauder for that type of play style. I want to be ravaging annihilating, rupturing, and massacring.(not smashing -__-)
  19. It can't be that complicated of a fix for pvp. You could buff other specs for pvp without making them overpowered in pve or you could alter rage so that other specs will compare better to it in pvp.

  22. Rage does not need to be nerfed if they just buff the other dps spec besides sniper.(especially melee dps) I don't think rage is too strong, the other warrior dps spec are just too weak in comparison.
  23. Game still needs more balancing. 2.0 Powertech and 1.7 merc are good examples. Sniper, rage, and heals are too strong and many specs are too weak.
  24. rage marauder, marksman or lethality sniper.
