My guild (i'm not the gm) had 3 HM progression teams all at 5/10 HM, we could have gone much further but since bioware announced their expansion everyone has lost interest due to having to regrind gear for 65 on the same ops we already grinded. Now we have issues even maintaining 1 group...

2 Revan Sashes from 1 hypercrate (purchased with creds not wallet warrior coins) Sold one for 7m and another for 9m. I bought 8 of the blockade runner hypercrates currently up on the cartel market (again with creds from a probable farmer or something) for only 3.5m each. True. Everyone says the current MMO they're playing is "dying" or will be "killed off" by new MMOs. People said SWTOR would be "killed" by ESO. Did it happen? Nope. ESO is critically average or below average. People said WildStar would put SWTOR in it's grave. Did it happen? Nope. Go to their PvP forums and look at the whine. It's WAY worse than here and that's saying something. It's hilarious to read, I read their forums when I'm down. The balance could be better but the way many in this forum conduct themselves ... is abhorrent. Of course, the devs are rather... slow... to say the least. Took them ages to fix the Coratanni encounter's multiple bugs, (not withstanding the Revanite chestpiece fiasco, I still know people who have 30+ of them...) Figures they'd be slow in balance as well.

Little strange thing I noticed today while looking ahead in my Merc's PvE career. There are no Resurrected/Revanite implants for merc DPS with power/accuracy. They exist for agents, and warriors. The previous set also has a DF/DM implant with power/accuracy for merc DPS. What gives, bioware?

I subbed a few times with those one time payment blocks, i can't see myself paying monthly for a game, however. If SWTOR never went F2p I would never have played it, similarly I have never played WoW or any other sub only game. Atm on the 7 day sub link thing, spending all my accumulated 135m that has been in escrow since f2p launched, and never subbing again =p

My group is having similar issues on quartermaster yolo. Some teams run with 3 heals due to the enrage being so generous.

Not being able to choose what PvP you want to play is silly. Some people absolutely hate Huttball. Others absolutely despise Arenas. Your stuck with them if you roll them in the queue. Some people hate Assault on Tython. Others hate Legacy of the Rakata. You are -not- stuck with either. You can choose. Lately I've just been thinking that PvP in an MMO is a ridiculous concept in itself, considering it is basically a rock (tank) paper (healer) scissors (DPS) match. It is extremely unlikely you will win a 1v4 in PvP in an MMO. Any other genre, FPS, strategy, etc., you may have a chance.

It all stems from the fact that snipers dont have enough range, should be 40m, or likely 50m range on our attacks. Having to close 5m is not very much, before someone can leap to you, or damage you from afar, etc. It's not enough of an advantage. Either buff the range of our attacks or lessen the CD on the roll. Probably the latter, since BioWare has said before why sniper's cant have larger range, because NPCs will auto evade after a certain point.

I should've put that in my original post but it has to be imp side, because everyone except a select few guilds on pub side is awful and I abandoned that side lol. I don't want the actual kell dragon mods or anything, I want the weapon model itself, and you cant legacy that, hateful mask not as sure, if it's bind on legacy. Either way I only have a tank at 55 which means you guys would be doing it down 1 person.

Ive gotten a disproportionate amount of purples from slicing, on a toon with no comps with slicing bonuses (all 10k affection) and ZERO purple Diplomacy mats (Autoimmune regulators) from TWO comps with bonuses (Vector +5 crit and ship droid +2 crit.) It's insane, 200 blue medical supplies and ZERO purples.

The pubs on Jedi Covenant are freaking awful as well. Every time I go over there to queue for a Kuat or something on one of my lowbies to level up and get a change of scenery it's like the worst table at a wedding. As soon as I level I usually leave the flashpoint. Awful, awful. Some sides are just dominant on a server, like any game, Planetside 2, etc.

Omg don't even get me started on slide shows, trying to fight the Yavin 4 walker world boss with 24 people... 10 FPS max, on a GTX 670, more than enough to do SWTOR. It's the engine, purely and simply. The SWTOR Unleashed thing explains it well, that it has to read/write before it renders anything...

But yeah, some of the ability lag is insane, and my computer like the OPs can handle SWTOR fine, in fact most PC's you'd find at BestBuy could probably handle it fine. That new ability that replaced series of shots (can't remember, switched to letahlity) for MM snipers/whatever its called for slingers constantly lags and does not proc followthrough, when my internet is 2.6 Megabytes/s download speed and I have never had a problem on any other online game, and my ping in SWTOR is ~45 ms. Not unsubbing, but still, the lag on this game is really a nuisance. not to mention the ~15 FPS on Yavin 4 and Rishi, with higher FPS in 16 man ops and to break it down... People who say they don't lag on SWTOR 95% chance they are lying due to ignorance, bad vision, or trolling. 5% chance they are playing on the computers that run the PRISM program, in the same room the HP servers from 1994 that BW runs SWTOR on.
