  1. While I really disagree with the OP's idea. However as far as I have seen from the screenshots, they only campaigned for crafting to be nerfed for conquest, and seeing no one agrees with the OP in this thread as far as I can see, I think it's pretty certain this is not a attempt from the guilds. Again I really disagree with the OP, this won't help crafting imo, and I know you want crafting to be in a better spot. However throwing out accusations, that he is purposely trying to destroy crafting, contributes to toxicity on these forums and won't do anything but fuel the fire on the forums imo.
  2. To be honest I don't want to become the center of the story, I would rather have other characters be the center. I don't really like my character being the strongest in the galaxy, in my opinion.. disagree new game not needed I think my suggestion would work. New game does not mean end of this game
  3. forgot to reply yesterday sorry. but yes this is what I meant. 5 companions for each faction, which means 5 voices for English and 15 voices for all languages. There is actually 48 voices just for the player characters, for all languages.
  4. I feel bad for Jackie and the other mods, who have to delete all the insults coming from both sides of the argument, and both being toxic. Much love and respect to the mods and devs who moderate the forums. Suggestion I do think perhaps you should also add all planets to conquest for each week, and have the same objectives to conquest each week, might give "smaller" guilds a better chance, getting to top 10, without crafting.
  5. I do think 5 companions (15 voices actors) for each faction, is more reasonable then expecting all 16 romance companions to reappear, and very possible for BW to do

I forget to reply to this, It's a somewhat different topic but I completely agree, despite also not playing past trial in wow, I still watch the cinematics and watch videos on some of the cutscenes, and I somewhat know the state of the leadership, and the state of the world. In swtor leaders for a faction is different for everyone, because of choice leadership doesn't matter anymore. As for Malgus I am glad they finally brought them back, I have heard since launch it was always in their plans to bring them back. I do hope he fixes everything and becomes emperor.

Just to be clear, I would love to have content with the newer ones, I agree looking back it might of been better just to focus on the new companions like Koth or Arcann, maybe just keep the old ones in the background. However here's the problem, as of right now BW does not seem to want to put resources into killable companions, so I fear that they will never do it. This is really why I suggest new companions that BW should not add kill options for. I want interaction with companions it looks like the only way to do that is to start over and add new ones.

Not just for LI's, just for having companions that interact with the story, it's very rare we have companions that have a lot of dialogue in the story except for Lana and theron and they don't do anymore companions story, it feels like it is because of the kill options presented on most of the companions. So I suggesting we start over clean with new companions to interact with. I understand that can be really frustrating, over time the window has gotten to be a pain, I would like the option to remove most of these companions to be honest if we are not going to see them again in the story.

This is a discussion so let me know your thought on the matter This is just my opinion, but seeing how BW had created a problem. where most companions with a romance options and non romance had either a kill or reject option, because of the players that demanded it.. The only ones that don't are, Kira, Scourge, Khem(I think?), and Temple, gault and t7. This problem has led many companions not even having a lot of dialogue, just two minute cutscenes. Don't get me wrong it was never realistic to have every romance companion there in one patch, even if there budget was doubled imo. However before they added kill options, in chapter 13 you had 9 companions in the story and had at least a good amount of dialogue and were important to the chapter. However after they were all eventually given kill options, they couldn't be important to the story anymore, and probably didn't think it was worth time and money to be put into those companions, because not everyone would have them. In the end a lot of people dislike the reject and kill option that were given, (Except for skadge, for obvious reason he was way to evil). Right now it's mostly Lana and Theron, are the only companions with dialogue in the main story, Kira and scourge story is done. Right now it looks like there part in the story like most companions are done. Important: I am not against Lana or theron amount of screen time like others, I don't want them to have a lot less screen time, I just want other companions to show up as well and have them be important as well, it looks like there is only one way. I love companion interaction in the story and companion stories, I want to see that again, so here's the solution. So maybe it's time for a new 4-5 companions for each faction. Five for imp and five for rep, 2 romance options for each faction, 1 male and 1 female. I do think this is possible for BW to do Maybe have Rass Ordo as a republic companion, and have Darth Rivax as the imp side companion, just as a example. You can then have these companions have companion stories, like add at least one companion small quest line every major story patch. Have them make comments during the main story, like companions did in swtor class story. I would like 5 companions that ineract with the story, instead of 20 or 30, companions that don't do anything. I just hope for the future BW remembers one thing, don't listen to the players when they ask for a kill/reject, sure Skadge make sense, because he was too evil and horrible, just don't make a companion extremely evil as he was. Do you agree or disagree with this. Edit: people had brought up a important issue of the companion window, I agree with this, I really suggest BW add the option to remove companions from the window, iff were not going to see them again. It is a real pain to go through the window.

One of the problems is that it feels (I don't know for sure) they brought her back because fans demanded it, and in the past in other titles, doing something because fans demanded it for the story did not go well, and can make the character worse, so I am not hopeful. Another reason is that I don't want her to become a follower, because that goes against her character. I just think the best thing they can do for her, is give her a happy ending, no more wars, battles for her, just give her happy ending on some planet and let her rest or become one with the force.

Just my opinion I really thinks it's a bad idea to bring a character back in a story from death, just because fans demand it, or just because so they can become a follower, even worse it goes against her story of not following anyone. So I hope they don't make her a follower and a romance option, it be really creepy to romance her since she in a different body that's not hers. I am also hoping at least they didn't bring her back because fans demanded, but rather they wanted to end her story differently. In my opinion doing something in the story because fans demanded it doesn't go well. *Cough* (random kill option for quinn when they never gave a reason to kill him, just to please fans)
  13. The theory is that she is in Sly, My hope is that they just do one more story for Vaylin to let her rest and giver her a happy ending. I said this before, but since her whole story was about her not following someone, it would be a disservice for her to follow someone and be a companion.
  14. I should clarify what I mean is they should lower the enemy NPC health and damage output, and make it a actual solo version, like solo FP, story version uprising is more balance for a group. I know you can solo it on live severs but, as far as I can remember you need to have your companion on heals, I would like to be able to solo it with my companion on damage like in solo Flashpoints. Then just have veteran and master mode for group uprisings. Also another suggestion I completely forgot, is to get rid of sub requirement on uprisings for queuing, that a major one. Also if you were to add the level 70 lock like FP, you could allow lower level players to queue for uprisings

I have to say I think it's bad idea to rescale old content to 75, add the level 70 cap, like everything else, I think it's a waste of time and resources of rescaling old content, so I like you did in 6.0 with adding the level 70 cap. However from what I read from your last post, I do like some of the changes to uprisings and the mechanics. However the main problem why people don't often run them, is because the loot is terrible, better rewards, then people will play them.   16. I think if they were to give her a upgraded model they would of done it already in the last story imo, so I think that is her new permanent model, but I am not sure, so we will wait and see.

Her story was about her becoming free, and not following anyone, which was a big part of her story imo.   18. I disagree I don't think every non story, content needs to have cutscenes behind them, they can add content just for players to have fun. Which I hope BW focuses on when re doing these uprisings, I can't test them because no pts on steam.
  19. My feedback on world design 1. Seeker droid overhaul make it more like the mouse droid. 2, Makeb imperial story the "Prototype Istopope five droid" Boss fight: that you fight in the half point of the story, please change it, the mechanic for this fight is boring, and tedious, going in circles , and keep pushing terminals, not fun. 3. Less enemies NPCs on Makeb. 4.Chapter 11 and other chapters in kotfe have less enemy NPC that attack 5. Tatooine balloon for the holocron please have the balloon go faster. 6. Walker and Iokath, make it fast and more responsive 7. Nar shadda or coruscant make the underground city look different from each other. 8. More friendly NPC in the cities like coreilla 9. Corellia, make it less of a maze and create short cuts. 10 same for belsavis make short cuts, and tear down some parts of the wall 11. less enemies on Iokath 12. Less enemies on belsavis in areas. All I can think of right now.

  21. I mean there was a public test server for the patch, there was even a post for nightlife event for the pts, but no one reported on the bugs. Not even the players caught the bugs, most likely not enough people were on the nightlife event, for the bug to be discovered.   23. I have two ideas for this. My first idea is like yours. 1 the add different skins in the game where you can pay credits and/or coins, to remove shoulder pads, capes, ect.. Kind of like Warframe does. 2. you have to get schematics, from bosses, vendors, or from cartel market, to be able to craft or adjusts the armor skin. So a artifice crafter can change a lightsaber, a armormech crafting, can change armor, ect..
  24. Looking at the tweet from Boyd, and the clip, I think Ceryxp is right, on that it's the creator customization, that has the codding problem, not just the twileks. There is no exclusive problem with the tweleks, but with all species, because of the creator. I also vaguely remember Eric, saying that as well in a interview or stream. can't remembered when or where, I just remembered him saying it. So I imagine creating Chiss, human customization that came off the CM, was difficult to create. Which is why we haven't really seen any new customization except for the new species in a long while. I expect it going to be a long while before we see new customization again for the old species in my opinion.
