I did that. Part of what I said in my post . And it still said it wasn't reset

I need help resetting the progress of black talon. I started it on hard and I'm not good enough to do it, but I want to do it on normal to get quick dark side points. But every time I try to enter it says I already have it going in hard mode and have to reset. I reset it and still says it so I tried abandoning it and regetting it on hard and reset that then abandoning it and regetting it on normal with everything reset and it still says it's not reset, so I have no idea how to get it resetted so I can play on normal. any help would be nice. please and thank you.

she says I'd like to speak with you in private then I get to a rest area and she wont talk. I've talked to her before idk why it doesn't work any more

Im a level 50 sith marauder completed the main class story line, and just got 10k affection on vette. My problem is she has the icon that she needs to talk, but when i get to a rest zone to talk to her she wont talk how it should. Any help would be very nice.
