  1. In case you people didn't notice, the boss had a mechanic in burn to avoid kiting, they just added a new one for the entire fight. For a nightmare/master mode fight, you need to make some dps/healing checks and have some brain to follow some mechanics and make your own strat, especially for last boss, making/using flares and keeping track of Darkness Overdrive is also part of the fight. You are telling me that the fight is not boring with kiting strat, and its boring when you are doing mechanics, ok, seems logic. Everybody comes here with random things like, why u changed this instead of that, how about you ask the devs when are they gonna change this and that as well instead of asking why they changed this now. When people bug the timer they are also creative I guess and game is not boring anymore.

  5. Maybe they can make the 50% dmg reduction only for the dmg you put into players, it does metter how you look at it from PVE perspective xD
  6. I'm talking about dps heal games where you can get healer+1 guard class VS healer+ 2 guards, and you won't have any chance, even with the damage reduction.
  7. This won't change anything when u have 2 guards vs 1 guard games. You should remove it from dps spec, remove the 50% damage reduction from guard and make it a passive ability which u get from tank spec or just put it in some point from tank spec as an addition. If you put 50% less dmg when u guard and u still keep the damage reduction, then make some magic with the matchmaking, because it's garbage. The guard damage reduction can make fights a lot easyer, in many PVE fights, best example would be second phase TFB NiM, and taunt doesn't do anything in PVE, it's only aggro.

  10. Even if those "ancient NiM's" are old that doesn't mean that you should make them a pepega mode and turn them into what KP/EV were. Even if you do the operation 100 times or 500 times, you always have to do the same thing and always follow whichever strat works the best for you and do same thing all the time (this is pugs case as well, if you are in a pug that doesn't mean that you go there and you don't follow any strat and you just out dps any dps check or heal check, which was the case of the operations with stacks). About NiM power that was in 2.whatever, I didn't do any of those, and doing those under NiM power, now, in 6.1 doesn't make you a good player and doesn't mean anything, we are in 6.1 not 2.x, you need to do what you get now and be a NiM player.
  11. NiM players were complaining that stucks made NiM too easy and now HM players complaining that NiM is too hard and there is a huge gap between HM and NiM, maybe remove stacks from HM as well? Kappa

  13. Operations were tested already we did DP/DF and TfB/SaV all are easy timers. You don't belive that we 7 maned first 4 bosses in DF, I guess we can record 7 manning Brontes and link after, maybe you will belive. We didn't want to 7 man first 4 we just went 7 man because one DPS was still patching. Try to be NiM players, not Master Mode pepegas.
  14. Try the ops before crying wolf. You will find that the content is pretty well scaled without stacks. NiM operations are HM lvl with the stacks, even without the stacks some bosses are super easy, first 4 in DF are 7 manable even without stacks. This is NiM Brontes lvl with stacks. All I can say is that NiM right now without the stacks is lvl of NiM that it was in 4.0, which is not easy but not hard either. In Gods, yes, there could be some nerfs here and there to balance the fights a bit, but NOT huge changes.

  16. You have 2% more HP and 10% dmg red each 20sec for 6 sec how is that not good for a tank spec? EDIT: [Ward of the Continuum] tactical is legit useless, you still have 15% shield chance, Dark Ward is still 20sec on you (without Dark Bastion) and the Dark Bulwark stacks are still capped at 8 (10 with Dark Bastion) and the number of stacks doesnt affect the shield chance you have, you can have 1 stack or 20, the shield chance will still be 15% till Dark Ward expires, so this tactical is legit useless and does NOTHING I don't know how are you gonna make this tactical work without another sin tank nerf or buff. I play both PVE and PVP and what can I say is that this assassin tank nerf is huge for PVP and sin tank will be let's say bad vs a jugg tank or a pt tank, and I assume this nerf was more like for PVE because force speed dr was super op everywhere in PVE. I don't know who had the idea to make same gear for pve and pvp, but that was the biggest mistake in terms of balance between PVE and PVP, this is why PVP should have lower gear than PVE with expertise like it was before and the bolster you get from pvp, lower so you can't do PVE with it and the other way around for PVE, higher rated gear but without expertise so it makes the gear bad for PVP and forces you to not do PVP without gear. If there was another set of gear for PVP there could have been a fix for assassin to be, in both cases PVE and PVP, as good as other 2 tank classes are and the most important thing you would not have seen so many ppl in ranked without gear. If there was 2 different gear sets pve sins didn't have slow on spike to use it on bosses with immunity and maybe sin tanks from pvp could have still got the force speed dmg red. #BRING BACK EXPERTISE FOR A BALANCE About the new ability that Assassin has atm, I think it needs some changes, it should have two ticks instead of one (animation looks like it hits twice) and the dmg of those two ticks should be a bit higher than one tick of lacerate, and the cone that makes the dmg should be 180° wherever the player faces his caracter, so you can hit everything that is in front (because in pve when you have 2 things on you and one is on right side and one is on left and you use it between em and you hit nothing is kinda triggering, more like a tank issue because this is how game works). I think this is what is gonna make the ability different than lacerate and stronger only in certain situations and this is how you keep both abilities viable.

Regarding the amplifiers, maybe make them less random, so that they also respect your current loot discipline/class because atm we get amplifiers that do not even work on the played toon i.e. force/tech healing/damage increase should not be general, force users should only get force healing/damage increase amplifiers.
  18. I do NOT agree with the nerf, I agree with the title as a reward for people that killed it before next expansion.

There is no need for a nerf just for the people that are not able to kill it, why would you get a reward (achievement in this case) if you don't deserve it, this applies for the old content as well, because many players that don't deserve old content achievements, speeders and titles are just farming those because of the new gear which makes old nim a joke. I think chip had his point there with the title "Slayer of the Machine Gods", in my opinion that title should get removed in the future, maybe with Dxun expansion, just to reward somehow NiM community and the players that killed Izax NiM at the release, because at the moment we, NiM community, didn't get any reward for the time we spend progressing that and killing it ( from Izax you get a speed that you already have it from HM, because most of players killed HM "NiM tunned" and you get the speeder just for having it in inventory) Musco said he is gonna give us back the achievements that we lost with the bug, on Izax and Gods Timed, that happened in january and we still didn't get those back.
  20. gz, must be really hard, and i think only NA had the chance to test NiM Scyva on pts, if u talk here about hm, yes boss was fine as it was for a hm, you were on NiM Scyva on pts, not EU, stop crying for a tactic that doesn't make any change with mainhands it just makes it longer, you do some thing that doesn't make anything harder, and you come here to show off with nothing impressive.
