Missile blast is only useful to pre-lvl 10 BHs. Even with the execute buff I/O Mercs get it generates too much heat and does less dmg that Rail/Mag shot. As for PTs it actually has better burst dmg than flame burst but all of the spec buffs trigger off of flame burst.

It really depends on the other dps in your ops team. It doesn't hurt to learn both and pick up the field respec perk.

Between SCORPIO's age and interest in the Gravestone's computer (the fact to me that she seemed to know about it before finding out the outlander had it) and the suspiciously modeled GEMINI units, I'm thinking she had to have been involved in the original Gravestone - Eternal Fleet showdown that turned the Gravestone into the impossible to find yet it was bigger than the trees wreck on Zakuul. The question is what was that involvement?
