  1. and that about fixes it. see how much nicer that is?
  2. I would simply like to point out that everyone with a computer has the option of using voice chat (even if they don't have a mic, they can sit in the VC room and listen. Still effective). Since this is the case, there is nothing 'unfair' about the advantage voice chat affords.
  3. I start almost every match in my novadive and rush a satellite. A lot of times an opposing scout will arrive simultaneously. If this is the case, I tend to hit power-to-shields and just stay as close as I can to the sat (while still allowing myself room to maneuver a bit), for as long as I can. I usually don't even fire at all unless someone jumps out into my cross-hairs. Hugging the satellite while altering speed and direction (once you get the hang of close quarters flight) won't get you on top of the leaderboard (won't get you any req/medals either actually) but if both teams cap one of the other sats, it will prevent the enemy team from taking an early lead. If your team manages to cap both other sats, it will prevent the other team from scoring at all as long as you survive, which will give your team an increasingly hefty lead over them. All-in-all, this is an excellent tactic to use imo, and one that may often go unused simply because it won't net you any req directly.
  4. It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult for the devs to give us a bank of symbols/characters (basically clipart) to throw on the nose of our ships... It's a great idea to help make your ship feel individual, as 3ish paint jobs and 5 color sets doesn't really give a ton of options. Also having a call-sign or even a ship name show up with your toon name would be awesome as well! I'm for it all!
  5. Name/Rank: Major Daximillian Azureblade, Havoc Squad Position Applied For: Droid Technician 1. Please tell us a little about yourself. Why do you want to be a part of the Czerka family? I am a Droid aficionado who has roughly 20 years of Cybertech experience, and possesses a vast working knowledge of technology pertaining to the building / reverse-engineering of Droids, Ships, Speeders, and Ordinance. I have extensive experience and knowledge in the handling / use / care of a variety of metals and compounds, including but not limited to: Isotope-5, Mass Manipulation Generators, Exotic Element Equalizers, and Molecular Stabilizers. I believe my work will benefit greatly from the stability and job security (not to mention the state-of-the-art labs) of a company like Czerka, and I believe Czerka can benefit greatly from my good work ethic, enthusiasm, creativity, intelligence, and experience in the field. 2. At Czerka, we pride ourselves on our accomplishments. Please name three of your accomplishments that you are most proud of. (Please do not include family milestones such as marriages or the birth of your children.) * I am a decorated war hero who leads the elite unit: Havoc Squad, and has played a major role in the liberation of 12 planets, including but not limited to: Coruscant, Nar Shadaa, Alderaan, and Corellia * Through the use of prototype technology (Burba Seismic Excavator), I have located and reassembled / repaired an HK series droid, HK-51 is the model (working droid will be furnished for visual inspection only, upon request) * Through the use of cutting-edge droid technology (Seeker droid), I have located and safely disposed of numerous hazardous materials, including but not limited to: Toxic chemicals, Irradiated metals / compounds, dread seeds, weapons / ordinance, and communications scrambling devices. 3. How did you go about achieving the accomplishments above. Would you say you would do "whatever it takes" for success? Determination, Perseverance, Creativity, and Adaptability played the biggest role in accomplishing the feats listed above. Success is the only option. Whatever must be done to attain it is inconsequential. 4. Would you say you have a strong moral compass? Do you think this could get in the way of your job, should you be asked to do something...questionable? I will not think twice, second-guess, or over-analyze. I will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to get the job done. 5. You are about to enjoy our wide variety of complimentary cocktails and snacks, when you notice that your esteemed colleague's newest experiment is likely to break out of their confines while you are gone. How would you handle this situation? lock down the whole lab, full containment protocol, whether or not my 'esteemed colleague' is in there with it. No one interrupts snack time.
