  1. I agree whole Heartedly. I have put in ticket after ticket, bug report after bug report and suggestion after suggestion. They don't seem to be listening. It is WAY WAY WAY past time for the GRADE 10 MATS to be at the JAWA JUNK VENDORS!!!!
  2. Jawa Junk Vendors need to be updated with the grade 10 Mats. The highest they have right now are the grade 9 ones so all the Jawa junk we've collected is basically useless. Can't buy any grade 10 mats with it. Please update them ASAP as it is affecting our crafting! :-) Thanks Toon Name: Sefirah Server: Shadowlands
  3. The Grade 6 companion gifts on Odesson are 250.000 credits!!! That can't be right when the grade 5's on the fleet are 10,000 credits. I would think that the ratio would be exactly the same as before, 10 common crystals on fleet, 30 common crystals on Odesson. So, I'm thinking the Odesson gifts should now be 30,000 credits? That seems fair. Please adjust this. No one can afford to spend that much on companion gifts and get the same amount of influence. Also, you are making people ripe for the pickens of the gold spammers! Not me of course, but I'm sure others might resort to that. Thanks Toon Name: Sefirah Server: Shadowlands
  4. Cartel Market Item purchased before 5.0 are now bound in Cargo Storage. So I can't sell them or use them on a different toon. Toon Name: Sefirah Server: Shadowlands I'd send you a screen shot but I can't figure out how to do it in here LOL Thanks
  5. Well Bye Felicia and please take your drama with you when you go! LOL
  6. Yeah middle of a raid, everyone gets thrown off. Not good :-(
  7. Not exactly...more like Irritation, frustration and disgust that this is the third time in a year the gear has been changed....but in the scheme of real life...RAAAAAAGGGGGEE as you put it...not so much. I have more important things to get "raged" about than a video game...I'm not 12 years old.
  8. K, #1 RUDE! Don't tell me to shut up. I have just as much right to voice my opinion as anyone else. #2 I didn't imply that anyone was better than me, nor that the ones that are are in a premade. This is not my first day at the rodeo so your attempt to "dumb me down" is not going to work. #3 I am NOT a "casual" as you put it, I PVP ALL the time and it does take a LONG time to get gear if you are not in a guild that is focused on voip and PVPing. And guess what..I am not. #4 I don't recall in this post asking for advise on how to obtain gear. I've been playing long enough to know how to get gear. THAT is NOT the issue (ADD much?) #5 The issue is the stats in the gear, and making it impossible for people like me who are not in Voip PVP focused Guild or group to get a FULL SET of ranked gear because they keep changing it all the time. THREE times in one year is WAY WAY WAY too much!
  9. YES YES YES!! Totally agree with this!!! If you are starting to reach the caps - SPEND!!! Pretty simple solution! Yes this should definitely be done, particular for those of us who got screwed on this last bout of PVP armor change up. This might (keyword "might") make up for the fact that they have screwed some of us over THREE times now in the last year!
  10. I am TOTALLY in favor of this. I am particularly anal about making sure the bar is locked but it unlocks itself and I end up removing an ability. Doesn't happen often but often enough that it is annoying to then have to fix it. The lock is too close to the abilites bar! PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Thanks
  11. Damn it! Sorry but this is SO frustrating! Every time I get to the point where I'm starting to get a few pieces of the ranked gear, YOU CHANGE IT!!! This has happened THREE time now!!! I have to then start all over again!! Level 55 PVP is brutal enough without you guys changing up the armor all the time!!! Although I have to say you got the name right on the ranked gear this time!!! So knock it off! I'm just going to give up on level 55 PVP because I can't keep up with the gear, and so I get brutalized...pun intended. You should have at least come up with some way for those of us working our asses off to get the ranked gear to at least turn in our non-ranked gear for the new non ranked gear. I am a subscriber, AND I put a lot of REAL money into the Cartel Market and I don't appreciate being screwed over every time a Professional PVP'er whines and complains about the gear. And I'm so sick of hearing from these "professionals" "Oh you're just a bad, it has nothing to do with gear", meanwhile, they are sporting the latest and the greatest because they do nothing but PVP non-stop on Voip with their premades. Easy for them to say with their top ranked gear as they are 1 and 2 shotting you in warzones! The last time you did this, these people had all the top ranked gear within 2 days. YOU ALL need to come up with some way to make it FAIR for everyone because this situation is totally UNFAIR! Thank you
  12. I agree. Several issues with this event. 1. The event itself is un-doable without a 16 man ops team because you can't get the dailies or weekly done because the other faction attacks you in the tunnels while you are trying to complete your objectives. So, if you're solo or doing the event with a friend, you're screwed. 2. this relic someone spoke of that gives you immunity to the plague...let me guess...you have to have a certain rep level and oh...let me guess again...you can't get rep without doing the dailies and weekly which you can't complete because you keep getting attacked in the tunnels...hummm fair? I think not... 3. The vaccine is 2 K not 1k, it last for 6 hours not 9 and if you die, you have to inject it again. It doesn't last through death. If you are in the tunnels trying to complete your daily/weekly and you keep getting killed by the other faction..again..screwed, you could spend all the credits you make just keeping yourself vaccinated. 4. In the Gree event it is not the robots purposely infecting you. The robots are in strategic places on planets and if you avoid them they don't attack you. The droids ARE NOT ON THE FLEET.! In this event, there are childish, idiot people, standing off to the side at the GTN waiting to explode and then coming over to people minding their own business trying to sell or buy stuff on the GTN on the fleet, purposely infecting them causing them to have to spend credits. Not right and not cool or funny at all! 5. This is a matter of fairness TO ALL! If you want to take part in the event, pick up the mission and go to that planet and have at it. You want to take part in the PVP part of the event, fine, have at it but come up with a way that people who don't want to PVP can complete their daily and weekly and get the reward. Like in the Gree event. In the gree event it is perfectly possible to take part in the event, do daily and weekly with a friend and NOT do PVP, even in the PVP area. In this event, you have no choice. It is being forced upon everyone and I don't like that and I am apparently not alone. 6. And to put the main part of this on Alderaan has to be most absolute dumbest thing I have ever seen. Alderaan is consistently laggy, and stuttery under normal conditions. Not everyone has a super computer to play this game with. I had to try three toons before I found one I could actually do the event with without the screen freezes and it was on Pub side which traditionally gets the crap beaten out of them in PVP by the imps. They just have stronger PVP guilds over there no question...so, I'm screwed... We have every right to voice our opinions, just as you all who disagree have a right to voice yours as well. There is a such a thing as compromise and the devs could come up with something similar to the Gree event that makes everyone happy. I don't care if the event has been around since the dawn of man, it is time for some tweaks. The game has changed, the player base is bigger with more diversified needs. They need to account for that in these "special events". And when something like this is coming on...they need to let us know. There was no notification, nothing, they put the splash screen up after the event had already started even. Really sucky way to start an event.

  15. K well, looking back, I probably should have been clearer about my response. I greed on EVERYTHING. I buy gear form the GTN for ALL my companions and I don't mod ANY of them, so if I Need on something for a companion, it is a green/blue item that I can't get at the moment from the GTN. But if I go through almost a whole flashpoint, and need on a green/blue item because it is something I can use, I don't expect to get grief over it. I have gone though whole FP's with people needing on everything even if it wasn't for their class or even a companion of their current class. Even on Boss drops I let everyone else roll. So, if I want to roll once on a green/blue item, I should be able to do that without people thinking I'm being impolite.
  16. Somewhere between the new PVP gear and double XP weekend and beyond, the reward system has been nerfed. Let’s start with Planet comms. Prior to this issue which I and the people I run with have noticed for the last couple of weeks, you could run a whole planet (except for Quesh because it is so short) and have enough planet comms, or even cap planet comms so that you could mod a whole set of Armor (95 Planet Comms). Some of my friends have actually been complaining about this problem for weeks. Now, you level two or three plus times on a planet and yet at the end, don’t have enough planet comms to mod a set of armor. In fact, you are left with a very serious deficiency. For example, last week I ran Balmora with my smuggler. By the end of this very long planet, I had only 65 planet comms. I did every class mission, planet mission, heroic and side quest and yet at the end of it all I only had 65 planet comms and had leveled close to 4 times. Last night I was running my Juggernaut on Taris. I’m not even halfway through the planet and I’ve leveled twice already and only have 21 planet comms (starting from 0 when I came on the planet). It is almost as if double XP was never actually turned off, even though it is not showing on my XP bar. The planet comms vs XP is extremely off balance at this point. Please look into and fix these issues. I understand the cross server is a dream, but the Planet comms, warzone comms and the XP being nerfed is a real problem and needs to be fixed right away. thank you.
  17. Somewhere between the new PVP gear and double XP weekend and beyond, the reward system has been nerfed. Lets get into WZ comms. There is the same issue with WZ comms, though slightly different. Prior to this issue, by the time you leveled twice (I use twice because you can mod every other level), you had enough WZ comms to trade in or had been trading in for planet comms to mod a full set of armor (95 planet comms). Now, you cannot do that. Now depending on how many wins you’ve had, you need to level at least 3 or 4 times doing PVP only in order to have enough WZ’s to trade in to mod a full set. This means dozens of war zones where you are not modded properly and get summarily brutalized by the other players who have been able to keep up with their gear because they are either 1. Part of a guild that does premades all the time and squash other pug teams, or 2. They are buying credits from the real money vendors and buying their mods on the GTN. The war zone comms should be put back the way it was before the new gear. This new system is terrible and you all totally screwed over the people with level 55 toons like me who had all partisan gear and were just ready to start getting the higher gear. You then changed the gear and gave us no way to exchange the partisan gear for conqueror gear forcing us all to have to basically start over from the beginning. Totally screwed up and unfair. Meanwhile, within a week, the premade groups had their conqueror gear and had already started getting pieces of Oberon gear and now it is completely out of control. As a pug, you really can’t do War Zones on times when the premades are on. It is complete exercise in frustration. In 15 warzones, you’re lucky if you win one. And I don’t want to hear this BS from people who play where they say “oh you’re just a bad, that’s why you’re complaining”. The people who say crap like that are saying it because they are part of the premade groups. They want the developers to believe that all these people are complaining because they are just bad players so they will keep a system in place that gives THEM the advantage. I’m not a bad player. I’m not saying I’m an expert but I know my toons and I know how to play them. I have been on many a premade group and I KNOW the advantage it gives. The system is nerfed now, way worse than it was before the new gear. Now, let’s get into the this so called “bolster”. The bolster is a lie. Sorry to be so harsh but come on Devs, let’s face it, it is in fact a lie. If it even exists at all, it doesn’t work. I have watched and studied this phenomenon for months now and I know for a fact that it simply just doesn’t work, period. You may be raising everyone’s damage/healing stats on their character sheets, you can see that going in and out of the arenas, however, this simply doesn’t work. Why? Well, anyone can do the math, and logic and figure out that if you are a properly geared level 35 toon, and you go into a war zone against a properly geared level 54 toon, doesn’t matter that your damage output, damage reduction and healing is raised, you are going to lose every single time. Why? Because regardless of whether our stats are raised, that level 54 toon has 1. More powers/skills than me, 2. Is higher up in his skill tree and 3. His cool downs are shorter. The problem with the system is the way the groups are broken out. Now some would say, if you make more groups the queue time would be longer. And I would agree with this…unless….you did a cross server, where everyone on every server would be sent for PVP. Then you could break the groups out properly, do away with the bolster, and queue times would be normal. Other MMO’s have done this so I know it can be done. Rather than spend more time and money on GSF, perhaps you should try and fix the system that has been in place for quite some time now and has never worked properly. I guarantee your ROI would be much greater. Please look into and fix these issues. I understand the cross server is a dream, but the warzone comms and the XP being nerfed is a real problem and needs to be fixed right away. thank you.
  18. Well, first of all, I think this knee jerk reaction to anyone voicing an opinion and calling them "a bad" is childish and ridiculous. Just because someone has an opinion you don't like doesn't mean they are "a bad" player. Name calling and offending people is unproductive and does nothing to solve the problem or contribute to the conversation. If you can't share your opinion without calling people names, perhaps you should keep your opinion to yourself. That being said, while I don't think loosing should get the same comms as winning, they did change something in one of the patches because I do now notice that I get less comms when I loose now than when I would loose before so they cut something back. They should put it back the way it was before they implemented the new gear. That would be my only suggestion.
  19. In my humble opinion it is the players attitudes, ranting and name calling that occurs in the matches from both good and bad players. I doubt that any one goes into a match saying to themselves "Well, lets see how bad i can suck in this match". For the most part, I believe every player tries their best with the knowledge, skill and gear that they have. Calling team mates dumb *****es, worthless *****, and a plethora of other insults while you are trying to play is counter productive and does NOTHING to help the team as a whole. And I have had this happen even while winning the match! This type of behavior is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Certain people need to grow up and realize that everyone learns at a different speed, everyone has different gear and skill set. Calling someone on your team derogatory names is not the way to teach them to do better if that is your aim....it doesn't work. Its sets the team on edge and in many cases will cause players to quit the team, loosing you the match in most cases. No one wants to play with people who behave this way. No one wants to play with people who come into the match and start ************, whining and complaining about their teammates 5 seconds into the match. I don't mind loosing. I've even gotten used to being rolled by the premades. My attitude is, if you can't beat 'em...then join 'em. If I'm going to be rolled though, it is much more enjoyable to have that done while playing with nice people. But I will not tolerate being bullied or insulted by someone on my own team. There are ways to teach people and help them learn about the game. Bullying and insulting would NOT be a recommended method! Complaining and insulting the opposition (but only in general so they can see it!) is fully acceptable, but not your own teammates. Some might say this very "polyanna-ish" of me, but hey, I play this game for fun...not to be abused by people on my own team.
  20. This is just a total BS response from someone who wants to continue doing things the easy way and doesn't WANT a fair fight. There are plenty of good players that don't get asked to join premades and certainly lots of Guilds that refuse to do premades because it is unfair and unsportsman like. You people who "like" the premades are missing the point. When people queue solo they expect to be playing against other solo players, not a Geared up to max, bullying, voice connected premade that ganks every other player on the other team. And I say you're bullies because I've played many a match where 4 people just ran over and ganged up on me simply because I was exiting on to the battlefield. Believe me I am aware of my limitations, I'm relatively new to PVP, don't have all the ranked gear but I know how to play my toons. I cannot learn how to BE a better PVP player when constantly queued with bullies who don't even give me a chance to play. It's ridiculously unfair. You can make all the excuses you want about "Bads" but the fact is you have an unfair advantage and you all know it and you are exploiting it to the max, while the rest of have to work our asses off just to get the daily done or wait till you all go bed so we can play against regular groups of people.
  21. A little discouraging to see that this thread has been going on since 2012. I too have run up against the premades many times, and they are not 4 man groups, they are joining the queue as an 8 man ops group. A simple 4 man group would not be able to do the things I've seen done. Aside from all the comments made, there are a number of things wrong with this. 1. When the premades queue up like that, the solos don't get the opportunity to play with other good players, learn techniques etc. They end up teaming with the same people over and over and don't win any matches. It can be very discouraging. Its hard to learn from your teammates when you're busy getting your butt handed to you over and over. 2, The matches with these 8 man ops premades are severely unbalanced. To say that people get spanked in these types of matches is an understatement. And I like most people can ALWAYS tell when I'm playing against one of these. Some of them are so used to going into PVP and beating the crap out of people that they talk smack while they are beating you down. This is rude and uncalled for. Its one thing to take advantage a loophole in the grouping system, it completely another to smack talk the people you are unfairly beating down. The matching system AND the grouping system needs to be revamped. People should be given a choice. If they want to play the premades, then fine. If they don't then they should have a choice. BW says they boosts the stats to make everyone equal. What they are NOT telling you is that they also boost people DOWN to make them equal. I have screen shots of them doing this to me. All this being said, when I solo or group with my friend, and we're playing a regular 8 man team, win or loose, it's fun. I'd like to see it stay that way.
  22. Hello All I know one thing. I'm getting sick of going through an OPS or FP or group with people and greeding or passing on everything and when I finally run across something I really want, I Need and win the roll and invariably someone says "Why did you need on that?" and getting an attitude because I Needed on something that maybe my Toon couldn't use but one of my companions really could. I could understand if I was an idiot and Needing everything whether I could use it or not but people really do get ridiculous. I'm not like that and yet, when I do need on one little things, if it doesn't exactly fit the class of the toon I'm playing I get crap for it. I mean come on people. You have to pick your battles. Pick on the person who Needs for everything, not someone like me who actually pays attention. I shouldn't have to explain to someone why I "Needed" something. I don't ask others this question. Its none of my business. Thanks :-)
  23. How do you know what is an authorized location is and what isn't. I logged in from the same computer yesterday as today and today it still asked for the one time password. It looks like I am going to constantly have to put in this one time password every time. This is not good.
