/signed in order to equipe my toons with an individual look I as well mixed up the sets i bought. The item pieces i didnt like/need I naturally sold on the GTC for some extra credits. I think the best solution would be to add every setpiece to the collection individually - as it was advertised in the fansite-Q&As

I don't get how people like you always call "powerleveling a char from 1-50" consuming content? This game is so rich of content that you will have a hard time experiencing the content in under 80 days (and this is by playing 6 hours a day) SWTOR is a game build around story and if you as a player just dont care for the story and see the game as done once you have played (or skipped) through 1 class story that is nothing but your problem. Imaging eating only the tomatos from a pizza and then complainig that you want some more tomatoes cause you're not full yet. I know what you want to say but you also have to reflect on what this means. As I said swtor is not a mmo like wow where the game starts once you've reached lvl 50 ... The biggest mistake that Bioware made was indeed that they overestimated the number of players that would actually play more than 1 class from 1-50 for the story!

Well i have to admit that i love the gunslinger and he is (together with my sentinel) my favorite class in the game! For a couple of weeks ive been trying a 0/21/20 (Full DOT/AOE) specc and if you play with the right setup this is just pure fun. And its extremly deadly too: I just broke my sentinels dps record today with 1089 DPS and a 870k of total damage - that was one crazy fight and im not even fully modded. So to everyone who thinks that snipers/revos are underpowered i can only say that it is probably the rarest class in pvp and therefore there are not many very good players. But a sniper in the hands of a good player can be as deadly as a marrauder or vanguard (if he runs with a capable healer)

Yep 100k-120k for stabs on my server as well. How about 27 craftet Armorings on your server? its 1.059.000 atm on my server! but i also bought 2x might27 armorings for only 900k each a week ago (from the gtc)

The skirt droppchance is just very high, thats why you have so many players wanting to sell it and therefore the price is so low... basic economic principle^^ has nothing to do with the colour! I just dont know why you are so angry^^ its just an item that is sold as "revans set" and therefore should also look like revans set - not different only because you think its more esthetic -> its not that i dont respect your oppinion... its just that i dont see why your view should be more valid than that of the "lore guys"

Most people go into the warzones alone and act on their own even when they defend a node with 4 random allies around them. then a 100% modded sentinel with his healer + tank backup shows up and (of course) kills them over and over again. That feels like the sentinel is op but in fact its not only the sentinel against you BUT the sentinel and his well coordinated TS/mumble group. YOU SEE only the sents damage but there are 3 other players behind him working on keeping him alive!

Hey how about a bit of politeness? Not very mature to start you response with "Shut Up" dont you think? That the red skirt does not match the bronze is true but that's how revans set always looked like - there is no arguing about it. Its okay if you do not like the red/bronze ... just do not wear it if you don't like it. People have different tastes! For me personally it would look odd if the skirt was bronze too cause its supposed to be "like" cotton and not metal (as are the bronze highlits on his breastplate!

Lol i dont believe that ^^ The grey images are clearly grey due to lightning in that scene! The colour is supposed to be grey-black NOT pitchblack as you can also see in the textures from KOTOR-Revan right above my post! stop acting like children whining about stuff that is clearly NOT important and not even true^^ --> btw. i'll open a thread and whine about the fact that my white-skinned Rattataki has a blue-shimmering face once he walks around on Hoth... IMO there is no problem with the smash specc per se! PVP AGAINST SKILLED PREMADES When I play in a balanced team and against equally geared opponents my smashes average at around 3-5k and, as intelligent opponents will always try to NOT stand close together, I will only hit 1-2 guys with the smash. At the end of the game i mostly end up no 1-3 in damage output together with vanguards, balance-shadows and sometimes well played snipers. (so in that situation smashers are relatively balanced) PVP AS PREMADE IN RANDOMS BG's with the growing percentage of unexperienced/undergeared randoms I do a shxtload of damage and (as a sentinel) have enough survivability to die only 0-2 per match. As my gear is completly modded I smash for around 6k on average and my smash record is at 8850 (this was with 1.6)! In Random BGs the oponents also often stand close together and I mostly hit 3guys per smash (=~20k per smash). Here i often end up very much on top of the chart ... 600k damage (me) 320k damage (second) - this is only when i queue with pockethealer and a tank which gives us 3 a incredible survivability- So to sum this up... imo the smash specc is NOT OP... BUT its very very effective against bad players and if you play with friends that know what they do you whole group will be quite OP!

Sorry but you've only cheatet yourself ^^ why would you buy 100USD worth of packs if you have a problem loosing the money? It is gambling for gods sake ^^ you have to expect to loose ... With 100USD worth of coins you can easily make 15-20million ... with that ypu'll be able to buy everything you ever wanted from the packs... so do not blame Bioware or EA ... blame yourself!

im just curious ... for how much do the cartellpacks sell on your server? Its 380k on mine so is that a lot in comparison?

I have a Chiss sentinel with a nice black mohawk ... i love the character and dropped the 1.5mio for it the second 1.2 hit live servers XD On my server i have been the only chiss knight for about 2 or 3 months ... but recently i have seen 2 or 3 others but nothing's like the original right? protip: Chiss with black mohawk and two blue/black lightsabers that rocks ...

After I read the title I was surprised that the post was a honest "thank you" instead of some sarcastic trick to troll again I know the game had its problems but for me the positive outweights the negative by far and now, 1 year post launch I am really happy with the game an my time spend in it! I still have 5 class storys to enjoy in the next 1-2 years so for me there is still a lot to see and I just want to thank Bioware for a game that brought me hours and hours of fun... and that is essentially what we all seek in games isnt it?

Ich finds auch schade, dass der CE Händler wohl nicht erweitert wird. Aber ich habe immerhin schon für mehrere Charakter mit lvl 10 die orangene Rüstung gekauft. Das ist wirklich hilfreich, da man gleich alles komplett für die Twinks modden kann :-) Naja mir auch nicht soo wichtig. Der Shop war ja auch nur eine nette Dreingabe... eine CE kauft man sich ja sowieso wegen der physischen Items und einer gewissen Verbundenheit zum Spiel und Entwickler :-)

Hehe das Gefühl kenne ich Leonalis Aber ich habs dann immer so gehalten, dass ich die Quest abgeleht hab und meist kommt dann auch ein passender Spruch von meinem Char. Wenn ich dann mit meinem Schmuggler oder Kopfgeldjäger an gleicher Stelle bin würd ich die Quest natürlich machen und am Ende möglichst viel Kohle aus dem traurigen Soldaten herauspressen. lvl 50 erreichst du ja auch ohne diese Quests und sonst macht man halt noch ein paar Warzones zwischendrinnen.

So thats funny ... i do the same (reselling of cartell armors) But on my server those single armor pieces sell for only 99k ... i tried to sell some for 150k and they came back after the 2 days window^^

The only way to fix this is to sell credits in the cartelmarket... i wonder when they will start selling credit-chests or something like this.

On my Server the Destroyer helmet is pretty popular (sells for 600k)... the rest of the destroyer set is not popular at all though (chest for 250k) The investigator- and the Guerilla-Sets are pretty easy to sell and you will probably get like 1.2million for the complete sets on my server. If you only want to make some credits it might be a better idea to buy cartel packs and resell them (they sell for 360-400k on my server) so you will get 1-1.2k per coin. But thats my server ... so what do you have to pay for cartellitems on your server? How much do you have to pay for 1. Throne (3-4mio on my server) 2. monkey lizzard (600-800k) 3. Jedi Knight Sword (600-800k) 4. pink power cristall (1mio on my server) Lets compare some markets

It may also be highly profitable to craft low level items. Sure you wont make millions like you do with grade 27 armorings but it can generate a decent amount of cash! example: With one of my twinks i recently tried the Artifice route for the first time.... I learned the level 11 endurance enhancement. As there where no level 11 enhancements on the gtn at that time i figured it might be a good idea to fill that spot and i was damn right. I sold ~30 blue lvl 11 enhancements within 24hrs for 12.500/each so thats around 350k in 24 hours and thats on a level 13 character that only got around 20k from my main....

So my strategy has been to strictly organise what sidemissions i do with every character. As i love doing some warzones and flashpoints here and there it was/is possible for me to do only: 1. Class Missions 2. around 25% of all sidequests, heroics and planetquests for every character of one side. -if you manage it well you will be able to only do 1/4 of the quests with each char and never have to repeat the sidequests. (in fact i only did repeat sidequests if i realy liked them the first time) 3. I do all flashpoints once with each char 4. I do around 2 warzones for each level 5. If i am too much behind i do some spacemissions (fun and gives loads of xp) What i did as well is, that for my third and fourth character i switched the games language from english to german (my native tongue) so this added some new and interesting element as well. All in all i would say that it is not too difficult to have a fun experiance with all 4 characters of one side... The most important thing is though that you should not expect to have a great time with every char if you can not restrict yourself from doing all quests

Sorry but WHY 4 slots for f2p'ers ? the part with 6 for prefered stat. i get but why would they give away 4 Slots for the guys that play the game completely for free? 2 Chars is enogh in my opinion. You can play new content of about 400 hrs until you have 2 lvl 50s (200 on each side) ... by then people should at least have the decency to buy the 5$ worth of cc in order to gain prefered status!

Sorry but am i the only one who is worried about the last answer? After two 9 week periods they will maintain a 6-8 week patchtime.... 6-8 weeks? i thought it was stated that they will have a 4-6 week cycle ... and now they add 2*9 + then an ongoing 8 week cycle? Not very happy about that statement

Thats what i thought at first... its just some ritch kid that wants to make some quick ingame cash... But on my server the said person sold items worth around 5000+ USD ... AND as i stated in the OP he creates chars every day to sell it (always lvl 8 ... thats as soon as you can access the GTC) So no! its defenitely not someone wasting his free coins ... its either stolen credit card data, a hack or ... hopefully for Bioware one very stupid individual that has no problem spending several thousand dollars on pixels!!

Hello fellow gamers for like 4-5 days there has been someone on my server (german jarkai sword) that sells all kinds of set pieces from the cartelmarket for a ridiculus price. One day i bought aroud 20 breastplates from him, all 20 from the 1200 cc sets, for a price of 45'000 each. Just a couple of minutes later he spammed another 10 pages of setitems with different charakters (all chars only level 8) This goes on until today and he just sells like 10-20 sets a day (not setitems but complete sets or the single 325cc breastplates) for the price of 45'000 - 60'000. Also this character does not answer to /w or anything... he also creates new lvl 8 characters every day as it seems. For me this was great because i (at first) was able resell the investigators set ect. with a 1000% profit margin but as there are more and more resellers the prices dropped enourmously to around 200k for breastplates! Well for me it seems like he is either a hacker that somehow managed to duplicate items or hacks the needed cc ... or he stole some creditcard informations and buys the coins with that! So is this happening on other EU/US servers as well, and what is your opinion on this topic? AND PLEASE BIOWARE DO SOMETHING (its at least one complete server that has no incentive to buy one of the sets for real money anymore)
