  1. Ah! (Obviously) didn't know that, thanks for clarifying.
  2. I haven't tried this myself but for the people that try to access one of their toons stuck on a guildship quickly, is it possible to kick them from the guild to force a repositioning off the guildship? You can invite them again afterwards. Or is that not a thing? Sorry if it sounds stupid
  3. Same, and that's almost all toons for me as it's my usual logging spot
  4. I had the same thing happen on my main. Romanced Lana in SoR, picked all romance options in KOTFE, spoke to her in the cantina to "lock in" the romance but it seems to've bugged out. Never had anything happen afterwards, no text in the companions tab etc. I noticed that months ago, contacted support, and their response was just "We are aware of companion problems". Recently I tried it again on one of my DvL toons, picked all the flirt options, locked in at the cantina [Text message and all], but once again it seems to've bugged out as once again there was no text in the companion tab or further romance interactions in any of the chapters. That's not even the worst. Pretty much all of my imperial agents romance Ensign Temple. One of them, my sniper, I tried to drag through KOTFE. He got the typical romantic interest mail you get in one of the first chapters from Ensign Temple. And then the chapter with Kalyo happened. First run through the chapter was fine, but that was back when there was bug that prevented imperial agents to complete the chapter. Had to redo that chapter and everything seemed fine... until the end where both my agent and Kalyo seemed to thing they were romanced. Didn't happen before the patch. Then afterwards no matter what I did it kept thinking that. Contacted support once again. And then all they said was "choices you make will be permanent". Which didn't really help much. I gave up on romances in the expansion I have no idea how it still manages to bug up. At the moment I'm just scared what other random romances it will assign my characters. I just dread the thought of my sin or jugg meeting up with Skadge and being "Ooh I missed you love of my life!".
  5. I had the same thing happening to me and I reported this bug in game and they told me to post about it on the forums as well (and this thread seems relevant enough to do so). So bascily before patch 4.2a I played through chapter X with my sniper, was able to do it completely until the end with nothing out of the ordinary, except that after completing the chapter, it didn't actually complete. Then they did patch 4.2a, fixed that bug, but I had to do the entire chapter again on said sniper and couldn't be bothered with it until yesterday. Everything went fine until the last conversation on Odessen. There, just like November, Kalyo and my sniper suddenly both seemed to think they had romanced eachother, and I got the "lock in or break up" tree with the warnings. Strangely enough I did not get the romance indication when first meeting Kalyo ("that's my wife"). Also strangely enough the ending worked fine before patch 4.2a, as I'm certain I did not get the strange romance tree at the end then. I did not romance Kalyo (I *never* romance Kalyo), and I'm fairly certain that sniper romanced ensign Temple. I think he did get her letter when KOTFE starts, but since that was months ago it is gone and I can't check. Which may mean it's only that ending conversation that's bugged? I contacted both costumer support and filed a bug report. Costumer support said I should file a bug report, the bug report strangely enough contacted me (thought they didn't do that through bug reports) and said I should post it on the forums. Apparantly making a decision of any kind will alter the state of that character, so I'll leave him at that point in the story for now... and hopefully they can fix it sometime soon.
  6. I actually just did the same mission today and you're correct OP, the option that was there has been removed. It's especially strange since afterwards they still say "Thank you for going after them" while the commander doesn't approve of your "decision". I know it still was there before 4.0.4. Indeed a random thing to remove :s (Is it possibly bugged?)
  7. And I'm not saying it is. I'm just trying to point out this isn't just happening to people that did click the launcher before the maintenance was over.
  8. As I said earlyer in this thread, I didn't open the launcher until 15 mins *after* they announced on Twitter the servers were back up and I too am stuck downloading everything again (and I didn't open the launcher during maintenance ). "Being patient" didn't help me. While I generally agree with the stuff I see you posting, there was/is a problem here (not one I assume to understand) that I personally find rather annoying. This isn't the first time the launcher derps up for me either (had to reïnstall the game twice due to launcher problems it in the last 2 years).
  9. To all the people saying that this 13 gb patch is a bug for starting the launcher early... I launched my starter 20 mins ago. After they announced on Twitter the servers were back up. Yet I also get the 13 gb "patch"... Guess I'll just have to let it run now. But it's kinda silly and apparantly not just for the reason Eric said.
  10. I pretty much go with what Extra Credits said as I agree with their definition (which doesn't mean that *is* the one correct defenition there is, it all depends on your point of view). "Science fiction is an attempt to deliver a view of a possible future. One vaguely rooted in fact with an internally consistent logic. It takes what we know of the universe today, and uses it to explore that fall out of that understanding." "Future fantasy is a type of science fiction where advanced technology stands in for magic and allows the characters to do whatever is necessary in order to move them through an interesting plot, or explore the more nebulous, social and philosophical ideas ." The original star wars films are deffo (imho) future fantasy. It is basicly a "save the princess" story anyways. They don't bother explaining how their technology works. (As opposed to the early Star Trek stuff apperantly, I didn't watch it though) . They kind of broke that though in the prequels, beginning to explain how the force works (midi-chlorians, Darth Plagues,...). Especially with the EU and there came all kinds of explenations of how ships worked, lightsabers,... It became a bit of both...(imho...again ).
  11. Unfortunatly most of my toons tend to be broke by the constant switching of mods from armor to armor at level 50-55 so yeh... thx for offering though! I'll keep your offer in mind for when I win the holonet lottery
  12. I bought 1 for my main, just to carry it around as a reminder of this event (and in its turn a reminder to KOTOR) since I probably wont use it anyways. I've seen a lot of people in general chat with that idea though (I honnestly couldn't care less about credits in this game )
  13. So many... Flygon and Lucario share a first place... Blaziken and Gallade follow shortly after that My favorite legendaries are Deoxys and Darkrai. Sorry but I can't say that one in specific is my number 1, over 600 to choose from!
  14. Now I don't know that much of Star Wars Lore as many others do probably, but I do agree that Darth Marr is an absolute wrong choice. The video previously posted shows that very well, and in the book "Annihiliation" you clearly see that Marr is the progressive member of the Dark Council (with the situation of him trying to get Darth Karrid in and the other traditionalists choosing for Gravus). This is what Woekieepedia sais in short (I have red the book mind you): Honnestly when I saw the aliens on Makeb the first thought that occured to me was... "This happens around the time if not after the Annihilation book... Marr is doing work here! " Marr is quite progressive, and he also shows no interest in leading. This allows you to play with possibilties for Sith (especially the inquisitors). I do think Marr should, and probably will, play an important part in the upcoming stories. However, it will be as a progressive person, trying to unite the empire as he knows they'll need all the support they can get if they want to defeat the republic. Other than that, I prefer the dead being left dead, and nothing should conflict with any kind of player choices. The empire is on the verge of collapse, in my eyes (personal opinion here of course) the story should go towards uniting the empire. You can have somewhat of a struggle between tradition and progression... but... y'know... What I do like however is the republic kind of splitting... be careful what you do with Jedi though (turning against them reminds me just a tad too much of the 3rd movie. Other than that I want to say that this is all meanth politely. You did put a lot of work in thinking this all out And I express again I don't know that much about the SW lore, other than the game itself and most of the "SWTOR books".
  15. I don't. And tbh, due to that OTP, I was unable to log into my account for over 2 weeks. Took hours to receive a mail, and the code I did get didn't work then. And no word from costumer support at all (well, an automated "we're looking into it" response... doesn't count IMO) . I wasn't even able to cancel my sub. So there are people who lose quite some time and money over this...
