    I had the same experience on Red Eclipse. I don't think I'm an especially good player, particularly at PVP, but I'm not so bad I should be dooming all the groups I play with. As I confirmed by switching to an Imp alt and getting a much more sensible ratio of wins despire being pretty sure I'm a worse player with that class..

    Please, no. I'm currently 1 for 10 trying to get that damn companion. And no I'm not AFKing, I'm trying my hardest here.

    I find the flashpoints are still fairly fun in solo mode when you get rid of the bot. Not really difficult except if you're using DPS companion, but enough to keep me engaged. So here's my proposal - nerf the companions back, allow people to summon the bot everywhere, if you want a challenge then you don't summon the bot. I'd find that far more satisfying than having to leave companions at home.

    Yeah, I think inflation is something of a big deal. Part of why my preferred status works is because I was able to nab a lot of unlocks off the cartel market for less than my credit cap, but looking at prices nowadays that would be much harder.

    I spent a long time as preferred, completed all the class stories that way, some of them multiple times. It seems pretty fair to me. Just subbed for a month to pick up the expansions and then I'll be back to preferred.
