My Juggernaut (Studley) did the Voss Heroic 2 mission on January 31st. When he got to the planet his stats were lowered to the planet appropriate statistics. When the mission were finished and he returned to Odessen his stats were not returned to normal. Instead of having like 12500 AC he now has 8500 and he cannot get any new missions. I have been reporting this issue about every two weeks since it has happened. There has been two major releases and two minor patches since the occurrence and it has still not been addressed. The last message I received was they do not have the tool to help me. How can that be that game support personnel do not have the tools to help. IF the developer /support can't help who can? I am very frustrated by the lack of support. Please help fix my toon.

Hello, I have purchased the skill to take my trade skills beyond 400 to 450 yet I cannot find any schematics that require more than a 400 skill to make so I am stuck at 410. Now everything is grey to me. Where do I go to get the higher levels ones. I have looked on the vendors on MakeB. Thanks, Zinar

I have been following a few different threads about PVE or PVP. What I am getting is it doesn't matter if the server is labeled PVE. PVP is still available. I would like to know if I create a character on a PVP server can I create a character that is PVE flagged? I don't think I can I think we are automatically assigned a PVP flag. If that is the case (I say that because I am not positive) then players that select to play on a PVE server should never be automatically flagged for PVP. A pop should come up and say if you do this you will be flagged for PVP, Do you wish to continue? Yes or no. At that point it would be the PVE players option to continue or not. Thanks, Darwarhammer

Hello, When this happened to us we had the MOB directly targeted but used an AoE and the player that cast the spell was then tagged for PVP. So it does happen. Cheers, Darwarhammer

Of course this thread is full of PVE " Carebears" This is a PVE server. THE PVP players are always complaining about what they don't get from the developers. Go to a PVP server if you want to PVP don't hang out on a PVE server and complain about hearing us PVE'ers getting upset when we are tricked into becoming PVP flagged. Agreed if you enter an area that warns you you will be flagged for PVP and you elect to stay game on. My problem is when you are not in that area and you are attaching a mob and suddenly you find yourself or team mate flagged as PVP. That is the problem as I see it. We were not in a PVP area and were not flagged for PVP but suddenly while engaging mobs for the mission we become PVP flagged. Cheers, Darwarhammer

Hello, There were three of us so yes it was silly for that Sith to try and take us out. We were on tatoone doing the mission, The thing the Zerka found or something like that. I am not upset or shaken, thanks for your concern Snuglebunny. It is nice to know you were worried about us. DrewFromPhilly, We went back to the Cantina because we thought it would be the best place to wait for the PVP flag to wear off. We do not seek to PVP and want to avoid it. Again that is why we play on a PVE server. If I enter a PVP area that flags me for PVP and I stay there then all is fair bring it on, however, that is not me. I want to adventure with friends without worrying about some Bully or potential Thug killing us. When I very first started playing I created a smuggler on a PVP server. Hello, My friends and I were adventuring this weekend and it just so happens one of the missions is in a contested area. We are all PVE and have no desire to do PVP. Hence the reason we created or characters on a PVE server. So as it turns out My friend cast an area of effect spell on a group of 4 mobs were needed to kill and next thing you know she is being attacked by a Sith Assassin . He killed our healer but failed to realize my trooper was part of the group he jumped. So I targeted him and let all heck roll down upon his head. We killed him pretty easy but still this should never be allowed to happen. We were not tagged a PVP and did not intentionally target the Sith. Heck he was invisible we didn't even know he was there. It is easy to say well just don't use AoE spells try playing a trooper that takes nearly all of your weapons away (so that is unacceptable). We had to quick port back to a Cantina and then sit and wait for the PVP flag to wear off as we DO NOT DO PVP. This is my plea to please make a fix to this so it will stop happening. I got the Cowboy hat for my Smuggler on Voss from a regular Mission. I thought it would have been a Heroic as well. So I was elated when I was given it as a regular mission reward. I cannot remember the Mission name. Cheers, Zinar

I disagree that you can get as good stuff as loot. I am an amormech and the gear I make for myself and my alts has always been better then the gear that has dropped off of mobs or even gear I got as a reward. I group regularly with three other friends and we always roll greed on gear drops because we are just going to sell it for cash. Occasionally a piece will drop for an item I don't have a schematic for and in that case it may be need. I think it would be costly to re-skill your main toon to get the gear. I would level an alt and take up that skill and make the gear for your main when you get to the appropriate skill level. Generally by the time my alts are level 30 or so I am at ,ax skill level for which ever skill I am training in. So if you can wait that is what I would do. With that said everyone plays their own way and there is no wrong way to do it. Just do what makes you happy. Have a Great day, Cheers, Zinar:)

hey guys, I have chosen synthweaving as a crafting skill on my sith sorc. My other 2 crew skills are underworld trading and Archaeology. My Archeology goes pretty fast since there are enough of things around the map to extract but underworld trading and Synthweaving is particular i cant bring up fast enough. Ive been sending my droid away on missions to bring up my underworld trading since i think thats the only way really. But my Synthweaving needs me to make stuff but i dont really get anything from my mission skills. Should i just abandon my other skills? or is there a fast way to bring up my synthweaving? ps. Ive looked up on the net what crew skills to pick along with synthweaving and Underworld trading and Archaeology were recommended. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- You need to look at the level of difficulty, Orange dot is the most diff and most exp, Yellow next , then green if the item is grey you do not get any experience for crafting the item. If you do not have any schematics that have an Orange, Yellow or Green difficulty level, go to your Crew skill trainer and buy them. Don't wait until you have your 4th or 5th companion to start working your skill. You will be level 43 or so before that happens. You can make yourself some really nice gear as you level up that is better than what you can get as mission drops. You can also sell gear on the GTN that will help you to finance your adventures. Hello I am 53 year old System Engineer and I enjoy playing the game. Several of my co-workers play and I often group with them. It is funny sometimes when we talk about the game during a break at work and sometimes folks will hear us and then call us "NERDS". Technically speaking everyone I work with is a NERD, lol we are all IT savy! I play the game to escape real life issues and just have some fun. I played EQ for about 10 years and have found then and I have now I enjoy playing and grouping with the more mature players. They tend to be more interested in the experience and are courteous players. We often joke about the players that charge in unprepared and attacked a mob that wipes them out or run in while we are fighting a MOB and ninja loot that they are problem a KID. maybe I am wrong but most times it seems when queried they are indeed younger players. One of the things I hate is when folks can obviously tell you are preparing to attack a MOB and they run in and attack it and/or they wait for you to attach the MOB and run in and take the item you were killing the MOB to get. When my friends and I play we are respectful of preparation prior to attack. If we see a group facing a MOB we wait to see if they attack it or move on. We NEVER run in and loot the item while they are fighting the MOB and we DO NOT run in ahead of them to attack the MOB first. <rant on> We have this happen to us quite a bit. When you message the folks about it they laugh or curse or do both. I wish we could kill them at that point and take their gear, lol. <rant off> I am hoping that folks who see other playing with courtesy and respect will realize the error of their ways and make a change. Hello, I also want to I had this happen to me. I reverse engineered an armoring piece and then made a couple of the prototype items, logged to a different toon and when I came back I not longer had the prototype of that armoring piece available to craft. I did submit a bug report about two days ago and I have heard nothing at this time. I did reverse engineer the schematic again so I can again make the piece but it is aggravating when this happens and it does cost you materials do do it over. Cheers, Zinar

My toon is level 19 but my crafting skill is 300. So I can craft anything that requires up to a 300 skill level. The problem as I see it is the Orange skill can be to high a level of a piece of equipment yet I get experience when I craft it. I have the skill required to made the items in my craft window which are red. I often do make them and I can even reverse engineer them and get the prototype schematics but I do not get any skill ups which I think is wrong. It should not matter if I am not high enough of a level to wear it. Just my thoughts, Zinar

Hello, I have noticed that If I craft an item that has a Orange , Yellow, or green indicator I get experience for the combine. If I craft an item that has a red indicator next to it I do not get any experience. The Red items are several levels higher than my current level but are within my crafting abilities or I would not have been able to purchase or memorize the schematic. I think we should get experience for crafting items that are red since we have the crafting ability to do so. What are my fellow players thoughts on this? Thanks, Zinar
