  1. Lol i did 360k damage on Bestia nim last night. That was with forgetting to learn my level 55 talents as well lol. I didnt learn them until we got to council and someone accidently hit their hut statue lol. Edit: I hope theres a utility to reduce the cd of vent heat instead of it being restricted to the pyro spec.
  2. Thank you, its about time someone recognized me. Btw, I sold-out and leveled an operative to heal with in pvp. Edit: my merc/mando gear will always remain the same. Half alacrit half surge, 35% crit. No matter what they do with the stats, I will always shoot for this.
  3. Triage all the way. Why? It got me through NiM council pre nerf. So yeah. Triage.
  4. So they give us a way to go from 1-55 in 10 hours played and people complain about it. SMH
  5. First stream was amazing. THANK YOU COMBAT TEAM!!!
  6. I've seen a lot of threads about the lack of pvp content and people complaining about how bioware ignored pvpers for 3.0. Well I'm making this thread to let the combat team know that I see you. Thank you for bringing us the hope of balanced game play through disciplines. Even though the public community has not yet seen if yalls attempt at balancing the game was a success, a lot of us know that you are trying very hard. Knowing that yall are atleast attempting to help pvp in the most fundamental way is enough for me right now. So again, thank you combat team. <3
  7. Great question. Theres more than 1 reason why I like the talent tree changes but they mostly all revolve around the idea of balance. Right now, the game is in a state of imbalance and it needs drastic changes in order to fix this; this change makes it easier for classes to be rebalanced by giving utilities that affect the class as a whole instead of an individual spec. While you could compare what's happening, to what wow did with their talent trees, the only similiarities seem to be lack of hybrids and utilities looking like glyphs. In wow, the current talent trees only have like 8 things to put points into. For this game, the new talent trees will be much more dense and maybe even more diverse. Until we see what the utilities are, we cant really say how diverse it is but the premise will still remain. So, my main reason for liking the talent changes is the possibility of balance but more simply, I feel like this game needs this change. Do I have concerns about how this will end? Yeah, but I'm still optimistic.
  8. I preordered, leveling an op healer for pvp first. Im excited about everything coming with the new expansion.
  9. So they are trying to balance the classes (something pvpers ask for more than anything) and pvpers ask, wheres my cookie? Come on man!! Tbh, I'm excited about disciplines. I think its a brilliant way to rebalance all classes. I have been saying that the merc tree needed to be scrapped and started from scratch simply because it would take too long to adjust every other class; well I guess I underestimated the combat teams ability to adjust every class. Yeah theres a chance this could backfire but I dont think it will. This is a very big change that probably required a lot of approval, I'm going to assume that theres something about disciplines which made it a homerun as far as the developers are concerned. <3
  10. Agree to disagree? No, I agree to think these people (who think that crafting to win is intended and/or fair) are crazy. <3
  11. Nah this would be after raid.
  12. So Dong can do ranked any day but Saturday. I'd like to do ranked either Sunday night or Wednesday night. HIT US UP!

  14. Next time, if there is a next time, I'll be sure to log on and carry miss multitask.
  15. Something like 5k conquest points for crafting the war supply and 10k for crafting the purple. 1 time only per character but repeatable for legacy. So 16 characters making 15k conquest points from crafting = 240k conquest per account. For a guild with 150 accounts that means a possibility of 36 million conquest points. While the possibility for conquest to dominate is still there, the current state in which 336 million conquest points can be achieved under the same circumstances (16 characters for 150 accounts) would be removed. Thoughts?
  16. Aww no globaled comment? Its a sad day...... Lol
  17. Just woke up like 30 minutes ago. <3
  18. Nobody is saying get rid of it completely. I believe most just want it tweaked.
  19. I think this post says a lot about the kind of player you are. /thread
  20. I'm gonna stop saying that crafting needs to be nerfed but everyone else needs to start saying that NiM progression guilds are getting shafted when it comes to conquest points.
  21. It comes from you limiting your argument to crafting but also claiming that the current system is fair under said argument. Edit: You basically said that the system is unfair and said its fair.
  22. Let me help you with the correct time frame for completing NiM operations. Exit Area was formed with 2 purposes in mind, clearing NiM DP before the buff went away and to also create an 8 man team that would be highly competitive for future content. When the guild first started trying to put together a raid team we went multiple nights with people not showing up. We, like most new teams, started out very slowly. It took us about 4 weeks to get our core 8 together and we didnt kill council until the last week the buff was available. So all in all, that first kill which yielded zero conquest points, took about 5 weeks to complete, not 3 hours. Yes once we had NiM DP on farm it only took us a little over an hour to clear it but we can only clesr it once a week. Crafting takes 50 minutes to get 500 base conquest points. It requires zero teamwork to level up. If people choose to help you then thats great but comparing the teamwork required to craft and the teamwork required to clear NiM DP is silly. The two arent even in the same universe homie.
  23. The level of cognitive dissonance right here is hilarious. Theres nothing preventing anyone from doing NiM operations if they have the gear/skill level. So why should crafting be the only one included in this argument? You are trying to stay on one side of the fence so hard that you blindly make arguments which could be applied to both.
