That sounds odd. My consular have done the same and the dialogue has never given me the impression that the game thought she'd accepted his help. Are you sure it is not a bug?

You can select the Escape key to exit the autostarted cutscene. That's what I do.

While it is good that you mention what the issue was and where it began, I think your post would be more constructive and helpful if you provided further details on your issue if you can. Think of it like answers to questions such as these; when did the elemental damage begin? Was it a story-caused effect, was it a combat-caused effect or did it seem random? Did it persist after death and revive? I also recommend sending a bug in-game if you haven't.

I raised Qyzen Fess's Affection to level 20 before starting KOTFE and when he returned, he was still level 20. I think it may be a bug if a companion returns with a lower level of affection than they had prior to their return in KOTFE. I've only had Qyzen Fess return as a class companion and my consular is the only one currently going through KOTFE so I cannot yet provide any other examples.

I think the mane is also an indication to other lions including lionesses of the health of the lion whom the mane belongs to. To name three examples of player-selected choices having consequences or impacting the story according to my memory: - Valkorion will override your decision during the Asylum battle if you've accepted his offer of power enough times. - Koth will leave the Alliance at the end of "Anarchy in Paradise" if you selected enough choices throughout the chapters that has conflicted with him. Whether he rejoins remains to be seen. - Xalek can die by the Outlander's hand and it does not seem like he'll be returning to life if that choice is selected

In the Overwatch Building, you pass by two rooms where two people are being interrogated. If you've picked up the bonus from the screens near the Data Coordinators by the entrance, you can shatter the glass which will enable the two people to escape after dealing with their interrogators.

I believe there is a letter in the "Knights of the Old Republic" storyline that confirms that the Trooper and Aric Jorgan did marry. It likely happened because they realized the fighting wasn't going to die down in their lifetime. Vette and the Sith Warrior can be married. The ceremony is off-screen but the marriage is confirmed and they do have a cutscene discussing it before and after the off-screen ceremony as far as I can remember. Doc and the Jedi Knight can be married as well.

They had the same surname as far as I could tell and, at least, one seemed to be force-sensitive if not both. It may be that their escape amounts to nothing more than a letter but it could be neat if there's more to it.
