Ok, first off, I resubbed my brother's old old account to respond to this. Its a very annoying subject to read about because it is entirely not true. There is a guild on this server, that many of you know as Breakfast. They have also had two other names. <C O V E N A N T> and <Vegetable Medley>. I view them as being one of the best guilds competitive wise on this server, and they started out as a guild that was getting farmed for 60-80 kills in voidstars against my original guilds Squirtle Squad and Ascendancy, (notice how two of those no longer exist, but Breakfast does?) as well as Lukewarm Tauntauns. They have come a very very far way, and lost a lot of their original players, simultaneously picking up players that are regs players, solo queuers, and just plain new and guildless. The other night I recognized while playing with them against Don't Panic, Synergy and Illegal Test Kitchen that they have the potential to become one of the absolute best teams on this server. They don't quit when they lose. They discuss what happened, and from there on out, it doesn't happen again. Their team work, and their communication is second to none between their healers, tanks and DPS. They are getting better every night they play, and they regularly take games off of some of the best teams on the server. It is not "impossible" to rebuild from scratch. It only requires that everyone play to get better and to win. Every win is a victory that you learned how to do it from, and every loss is a new opportunity to learn how to win. That's their attitude and perhaps you should take up the same attitude. Their communication is what wins them games, even when they have 3 pugs, one of which doesn't have a mic. Lukewarm Tauntauns hasn't regularly had a full team the last few weeks, despite being one of the best guilds on the server. We are a small guild, and so we pug a lot, and recruit from unexpected places. Nothing more needs to be said to refute your position iheartnyc. It is possible to make a new guild thats competitive, but you need to realize that individual skill in 8v8's matters less so than good communication and teamwork.
