The dev team has to get permission from Lucasfilm/Disney before they can add any non-traditional looking sabers. I'm sure some of BioWare's requests have been rejected.

None of us can help you until you state what problem you're having. If you're still trying to recover a character you deleted, make sure you give CS as much info as possible: Character name, species, level, class, server. Also realize that your issue is a self inflicted problem so it might take a back seat to players who are having problems caused by a flaw in the game.

If an item hits the market as intended it should not be changed afterwards. You had the opportunity to preview the item before purchase, right? Ask for them to make a different item with the features you want.

It would be better if players got in game reminders to come visit the forums.

There's so much of the KOTFE story left to be told. BioWare probably wouldn't want to make any decisions regarding our access/ownership of the Gravestone that would handcuff them from writing certain plot lines in upcoming chapters.

Also if you look on your map and find a trainer if will state on the map if there's a reason to visit the trainer or not. The game also has portable holo trainers. I think the ones available are still faction specific. So even if you don't have one of those another near by player might. So just ask in chat.

I think if you open the Abilities Panel and check the different class sections it does indicate that.

I was responding to OP's poorly veiled racist comments. I can't recall any player's forum post asking BioWare for an option to make a white Swtor companion "NOT so caucasian". I was also stating my belief that a NPC character's original SWTOR image is their canon appearance and CM customizations will never change that.

What is the point of BioWare saying that choices matter if they allow you to revert the choices your character has made?

I had zero trouble searching for and finding that item. I'm not sure what problem you're having. The GTN is flawed but many obstacles can be avoided if players just use their brains to find simple solutions.

Not if that company feels that making things as convenient as possible is not worth the resources it would take to make the changes. How many things from the CM can be purchased without being logged in to an already existing character? The legacy unlock for a species is an item that has to be consumed by an existing character, so how can that happen before the character is created? Would logging in to one of your existing characters and purchasing the unlock really take you that much more time and energy than visiting the forums and complaining about something so petty?

If there are 3rd party solutions that work with the game I think it would just be a waste of resources for BioWare to create another one. Same reason why BioWare shouldn't spend time working on a voice chat feature.

I have not seen any way to find out how many employees BioWare Austin has. So I wouldn't go assuming you know how big the SWTOR Dev team is.
