I understand BW's policy of not producing non-basic speaking races. I don't agree with it but it is their decision and that's that. That having been said... There is no reason a Rodian could not speak basic. Listen to them in the movies. They have a COMPLETE range of consonants and vowels. In fact, all Rodian dialect sounds like is a mix of Greek and French spoken through a table fan. So rather than hire new voice actors, all they would have to do is take the existing audio files and add the proper sound-filter to get that "Rodian" speaking into a fan accent. They are one of the most popular species in the Star Wars universe and people have been asking for them since launch. Please give this serious consideration. I bought the Cathar. I would have LOVE to purchase this.

But raw units of measure are often not enough. Without cnsumer census there is no way of knowing if a product is not successful for a reason as simple as "the packaging is green as opposed to red." This is why the consumer survey has exploded over the last couple of decades. Unlike Coca Cola or Ivory Soap, this company has a unique and direct line to its customers and does not have to expend money to get valuable consumer feedback that other companies often have to pay millions of dollars to collect.

This is a very hot topic right now. You have the usual extremeists. To one side you have the people threatening suicide and to the other you have lobotomized loyalists saying such useful things like "QQ" and "Ha, ha." I fall in the middle. The game is basically the same as it was the day before the patch. So there is nothing game breaking here. But at the same time I share the same sense of dissatisfaction that many other subscribers feel. That having been said it would be nice if these forums had a poll option because I am interested in seeing the actual numbers of who is happy/unhappy about the current system. I want numbers, not insults, not caps lock... I'd like to see the numbers. If over half of the community feels one way or the other then it is important to collect this data and not mindlessly hurl veiled insults over the forum.

This is perhaps the ONLY intelligent reply I've heard from the supporter side of the new customization patch. I still say charging subscribers for the customization terminal was a HORRIBLE idea, but short of simply making it free for subs this would be a good way to extend an olive branch.

That would be great if it was server based. Otherwise it would do more to encourage griefers and d-bags than it would enhance the overall game.

Yeah, I'm sure having more abilities and full rotations have no impact on PvP.

Im hoping that the new pvp mods aren't JUST for 50's. We need lower tier mod sets as well.

I have a better idea... How about a PvP mod vendor? That way there aren't ten level gaps between useful pvp gear. You can steadily upgrade your slotted equipment just by purchasing mods with WZ comms.

Without blowing one of the last two doors? I wish I could say it was just an isolated incident, but I've lost count of the times a team would win with both of the final doors still green as grass.

They don't use cover? Either way, they aren't a tank. Going toe to toe against a tank while unsupported is almost always a fatal mistake.

God forbid a class be good at what it is designed to be good at. You are a ranged character. You SHOULD get your *** handed to you in melee.

Tanks are slow to level? lol. Just by BEING a tank I outlevel all my friends via Flashpoints. I level faster and I am better geared. Hell, my COMPANION healer is better equipped than most players I come across.

If a lot of mmo players acted in real life the way they do in game they would be getting their asses kicked on a daily basis... And they would deserve every blow. Its akin to walking up to somebody and asking if they know where a bathroom is only to be told "**** newb!" Sure the person looknig for a bathroom could have found that information themselves as finding a bathroom isn't exactly rocket science... But at the same time the "eliteist" can also not walk through life begging humanity to kick them in the taint.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for suggestions but this has been gnawing at me for a while. Now that server population has increased due to the merges, I always see a bunch of idle people literally not doing anything. This includes my character when I'm waiting for queues. While there are SOME emotes in this game, in general they are rather underwhelming. The really disappointing ones don't even have animations. So this is kind of a brainstorming thread. What "easy to implement" feature would you like to see added to increase the over-all dynamics of non-combat areas? My first thought is to use what assets are already available. There are alreay a dozen various animations for sitting in chairs, leaning against bars, etc... So add an "action button" that allows you to interface with objects like that. So now your Gunslinger can enjoy a nice refreshing glass of blue milk while waiting on a WZ. Anyway, that's just one idea. Feel free to share and who knows? Maybe the devs will add something to give us a little more depth.

I just respec'ed from Lightning to Madness and while the damage I deal from madness in approaching some nasty levels, the buffs to Static Field from Lightning can never be overstated. Before I respeced I could make an under-leveled, undergeared Marauder tank and still have time to spot patch the two dps. Tanks probably prefer me as Lightning because aside from being heal-speced I make their lives easier.
