  1. This. Most people who run GF ops create group on fleet and only use GF after that. It is easier and you can state loot rules and other before you enter ops, so noone will leave if they dont like it after you enter.
  2. Beeing knocked down in this fight is pure by luck when you have to use healing stations. I have been knocked only when i had to run to healing station or tanking person would die if i wait after she use her knocking ability. Tell me how can i avoid that with skill? The least they could do would be place healing stations much closer to the middle. It would help a lot.
  3. Yes this one drop form crates. I dont remember exactly which one i got it from, but it used to be consular armor, so i supose it was from: Ancient Artifacts - Sana-Rae only drops KNIGHT or CONSULAR legacy gear
  4. Incorrect at least for treek make a look yourself. Every healing comp have same abilities except treek. 1. No healing bubble, but big heal channel, goes around 35k heal on 10 rank without crits. 2. Have AOE heal skill. 3. Dont have stun but some sort of Dmg / heal ability.
  5. Wow 5,5 mil? What server you are at? Cheapest on mine are around 9 mil and Akk dog 11 mil Agree with this. With no more reputation to get i simply stopped buying new packs and buy all items from GTN directly.
  6. For clarification. You get 4 buffs from big terminal. One for each Alliance specialist. But you get them only if the are at least rank 3 with them. I found out when i had the Hutt only at rank 2 and didnt get health buff.
  7. Exactly. It works like this. For people who want credits. People buy CC packs -> Sell on GTN -> Use credits to buy what thy want on GTN (mostly items from packs again) For people who like gamble but dont want to pay. Earn credits in game -> buy packs -> sell items they dont want on GTN (to previous group can buy them) If you skip the step when they buy packs from CC, then there will be nothing or much less to spend credit on GTN, cause there will be no CC items, so credits valueless will be even worse then now.
  8. As i see it, there are two main things i find problematic. 1. Some are much harder than others. 2. They are NOT role neutral. To expand my point of view. 1. A lot of Higher level FPs was build with idea that players already know what to do and have certain skills. By me, solution is let TFP be accessible by level. 20lvl player will not get into Bloor Hunt or Maelstrom prison, but will get into Athis or hammer station like it was before. 2. I fail to see how it can ever be truly "role neutral", there will be always player who will have to TANK boss and player who will have to HEAL or use healing stations. Yes you can join as group of four DPS. But game will force some of you into role anyway, even if only for part time, and you have to play that role or you wipe. If you get group of people who DONT want to tank or heal, you are screwed. So to summarize it, If all group will only act as DPS role, they will never make it = it is not role neutral.

  10. Never saw decoration bound to legacy . You are mistaking it too. They dont have any tool-tip about binding, but cant be placed on GTN, looks like bug to me.
  11. Exactly, without reputation or cartel certificates, i found no need to buy packs. I much more prefer buying items from GTN directly and it is often way more cheaper for me.
  12. Sry for crafting bonus, you are right, i was not correct, but my point still stands. Getting 10lvl cost much less now then before update. So if you had 10lvl before update, they should transform it into something like 20 lv or 25 lvl. Not 10 lvl.
  13. It is not exactly correct cause right now 1 point does not have the same value as before. Lets make example: ------------------------------------------------------------ Before patch with all legacy bonus perks: 1-2000 = 16 rank 1 green love gift 2000-4000 = 32 rank 1 green love gift 4000-6000 = 80 rank 1 green love gift 6000-8000 = 166 rank 1 green love gift 8000-10000 = 166 rank 2 green love gift ------------------------------------------------------------ 294 rank 1 + 166 rank 2 to get lvl 10 ------------------------------------------------------------ After patch according to dulfy 1-6 lvl = 22 rank 1 green love gift 6-10 lvl = 49 rank 1 green love gift 10-15 lvl = 125 rank 1 green love gift 15-20 lvl = 175 rank 2 green love gift ------------------------------------------------------------ 196 rank 1 + 175 rank 2 to get lvl 20 ------------------------------------------------------------ See the difference? It fits even in crafting bonus: 10k before 5% craft crit (used to be 1% crit per 2000) = 20lvl now 5% craft crit (0,5% crit per level). Also in conversations, affection numbers are completely different. It is not problem to get 250 affection for companion approving your normal choice in class dialog, while before it was like 50 max per dialog choice on higher levels. But i don have exact numbers for this right now.
  14. To make it clarify for all. It have nothing to do with quest type. It is all about STORY. Class story + Revan story + Emperor story are all part of KotFE "prelude", that is why you cant play them if you buy 60lvl KotFE ready character, because you already have them "finished" in story point of view. On the other hand, RotHC, Ilum, Oricon have nothing to do with KotFE so you can still play them independently.

  16. I think ti is working as intended. Main difference is that before KotFE, when your companion disagreed with you. You LOST "influence" and you could go bellow 0. Now if he/she disagree you get LESS influence, but you still get some. What irritates me is that all my companions went from 10k affection to 10 lvl influence, while if you compare how much they got from gifts and conversation now and before patch they should be all least 25lvl with all i invested into them.
  17. I would say that you once more should use companion in role that fit to your class. Instead all using healing comp. I use this combination most of time: Ranged DPS + Tank companion Melee DPS + Heal companion Tank/Healer + DPS companion
  18. I think they changed it because classics SWTOR conversation style could have only 3 possible responses. But i agree they should voiced it fully. But who knows, maybe they have merits that most people will space though it no matter what.
  19. Hi, i had similar problem with this. Some email providers have this problem. If you are able to change your email, move it to gmail. I never had problem with gmail. If you cant log in and change your email, then you can create EA account with same email and change it via EA account (it should link with swtor one and change mail in swtor too).

  21. Till now i got at least 12 different gears from crates and i think there is still a lot more i didnt get, so i think there is chance for gear you want. Other question is how big chance is for you to get exactly that one.
  22. This is due they changed them to be stackable. All stackable random loot works this way.
  23. 1. Your rotation depend on your discipline. Without knowing it we cant help you. 2. You can always use rotation for higher level and fill missing abilities with something else. Either basic attack to regen energy or non cooldown atack to spend energy.
  24. I think bests way to gear now is going SM ops. You get bolster for each run so you dont need good gear. And they drop 216 gear and 216 set gear, which is mostly better then anything you can buy for coms. If you dont know mechanics, look on some guides, only few Operations are hard on SM and a lot of people can help you with bosses.
