  1. I shouldn't have to rely on a workaround, it would be nice to have the official option.
  2. Not much to say beyond the title. I'm just tired of companions inviting themselves back after I dismiss them. After entering a phase, after every conversation. If I want them gone, I want them to stay gone until I summon them back. And, auto-sheath. Final Fantasy 14 has a toggle where you can tell your character how long to wait before putting their weapon away; if at all. Honestly, I'd at least like the option to toggle off auto-sheath so my character keeps their weapon out until I manually tell them to put it away.
  3. Just because money changed hands, doesn't mean it was a valid transaction. If I pay a cop to not arrest me, money changed hands, and we both benefit, right? No, that's a bribe, and it's on the same fundamental level as buying referrals. Sure, millions of credits is a tempting offer (as bribes are supposed to be), but I still see it as a scam. If the new player subscribes, doesn't that grant the scammer with extra cartel coins? So sure, he may have written a nice check for you, but now imagine a golden nugget falls out of the sky and into his pocket. You may not think the millions you have right now is equal to his little nugget, but another nugget will fall every month. So now your ingame grant is only getting spent, but he is accumulating wealth, long after you've spent your millions. Plus, you may still think it's just one nugget, but that's just for duping you. How many others has he duped? If he can afford to hand out 40 million (the latest offer I've been seeing) like candy, then clearly he's getting more out of the deal than you are; is making billions. With enough diligence, he's probably getting a golden hailstorm every month. So while a new player thinks he's sitting pretty and struck it big for nothing, he's really just contributing to the scammer's pockets. Countless years from now, he doesn't even remember you, but he's still accruing wealth just off of duping you that one time. People ingame have called me unfair or too young or even anti-capitalist, but I feel I'm the one with the broader understanding; the same understanding as the scammers. Otherwise, the scammers wouldn't be fishing so vehemently on the starter worlds, hoping to catch naive players before they know any better. So yes, it's a scam.
  4. "Paying naive new subscribers to ensure I am handsomely rewarded for duping you this one time!" These referral farmers who prey on starter planets, handing out these huge bribes like candy, am I mistaken in understanding that a referral is for your friend? Not to be sold to ingame strangers? Is there a limit to the extra Cartel Coins these guys are earning? Or are the more persistent farmers making millions of Cartel Coins each month? Is this allowed? Is any action taken against these guys? Or should I just start taking advantage of this system for myself?
  5. https://sta.sh/02avoemoj6g7 It's already applied. This was a while ago, but I'm certain I didn't do it to it, itself, but to the outfit after I stamped it on. I've since-then tried to do the same with another character with the street vest, and it tells me that it's not possible.
  6. I have a character who's Street Vest is part of an outfit slot, and is stamped with a dye, despite claiming to be unstampable. How did I do this, and can we have the ability back? The very fact it's previewable with that dye, means it supports dye modules; otherwise no colors would change at all. Why aren't all pieces ingame stampable with dye? Maybe someone wants to go with the simple look, and use the armor available from the vendors on the starting planet.
  7. It's been 3 years. Can we have this implemented now? (Yes, I necro'd the post. I plead guilty. But it's either that or clone it so we have duplicates.)
  8. I have separate legacies on those separate servers, now these intentionally-unrelated characters are going to share the same surname. I want rename tokens for all my characters, now. For example, before spacebar became an acceptable character in the naming system, I'd have Luke Skywalker of the Skywalker legacy. (Using canon names for example's sake, I don't want to risk confusing people with my own characters' names.) He can sport his Legacy name, because it's his name, and so can his father, Anakin Skywalker. But his friend Han isn't Han Skywalker, so he'd have to just be Han with the Legacy title The Skywalker Legacy. With the spaces now added the character names, he can at least now call himself Han Solo of The Skywalker Legacy. So, all the way over on another server, we have Jyn Erso of The Erso Legacy. She has her father Galen Erso of The Erso Legacy, but she also has her friend Cassian Andor of The Erso Legacy. Related to eachother, but very little to do with the members of The Skywalker Legacy. But, too bad! Servers merging! Everyone's surname is now ... Clovis. Yes, because many servers are being merged, and The Clovis Legacy happened to be the highest level of the many-server merge going on. Congratulation, Luke Clovi- I mean Luke Skywalker of The Clovis Legacy, Han Solo of the Clovis Legacy, and Jyn Erso of The Clovis Legacy. You guys just lost your strongholds and fly under the banner of someone you've never heard of. They word it like they're doing us a favor, but I would guess they're consolidating servers and their ever-dwindling populations in a last-ditch effort to keep themselves afloat. Yet they still can't even be bothered to fix the Flourish emote. I feel like this is taxation without representation; they're just running wild with no clue as to what we really want from them.
  9. Yea, they should add it to collections so we can unlock them.
  10. Because troopers and smugglers are Force-sensitive, after all? I think it's bad enough the Kylo tantrum is a universal regen toy.
  11. I know it's been a while, but I'd still like to see this. If we're getting a Kylo Ren tantrum as a regen and forcing a saber into the hand of absolutely everyone with the toy, can't we have a simple saber float?
  12. As entertaining as it is, it could've been a bit more flexible. Such as using our own lightsaber. Now, perhaps they didn't want to do multiple animations for the multiple saber types (Single, dual, staff), but perhaps they could've gave more consideration to non-force types and had them pull out a pistol to unleash onto the hapless console. (After all, BH/Smugglers have a pistol. But even more believable is that all the other gunner types have a pistol during cinematics.)
  13. 12-14-16. Happened again last night. I've been gone for about a year, I come back and continue Shadow of Revan with an Assassin, the bug showed up once more.
  14. After all this time, and this is still a problem. After all the advancements, all the changes, this thread -started over a year ago- is still relevant.
  15. The way I'm describing is essentially the long way around when it comes to subclass swapping. I wasn't talking about names or character naming. You already have the name you acquired, you just want to be the other subclass. Thus, as of this patch, doing so requires you delete your character and remake them exactly how you had them before, albeit one minor detail. However, doing so means flushing all the progress you made as said character down the toilet. Which is why a feature to swap between the two (Even if it's on a 6-month cooldown, so we can't flip-flop like some people are afraid of) would be there for the people who's hindsight dictates that they should have taken the other route. (Sure, there were a few signs which said it was permanent at the time. But times change, and the developers are more than able to program in an avenue of change.)
