  1. It's been over three years… three mighty long years when I decided to leave SWTOR. The feeling wasn't there anymore for me. To the point that I wasn't even making stuff up anymore, to keep myself in the game. I had invested so much of my time into the game for the better part of five years. After a moment of curiousity and decision to clean house, subscribed to get the functions going to see how the state of affairs was my chars. I had simply forgotten what I dropped. This update, kinda gives a sense of hope maybe? Not for me in particular but for the diehard fans that remain and might even give hope for others like myself that play anymore but still keep tabs on what's happening. If Bioware Austin keeps working at( though I add a firm 'FINALLY') fixing the structural issues with the game. There might be some hope I'd come back for a longer time.
  2. For the love of God Mr. Musco. Give us veterans some details about what is changing in six weeks. Don't tell me what I already know for fours years...
  3. To be fair Mr. Musco, I find you lack in vision in the matter disappointing.... Thought I completely agree that actions that should be taken against those that used to exploit for wealth( selling the lockouts, selling the mats or having an advantage to other crafters by selling mods to thrid parties by reverse enginering. It's not very sportive... However! Using the exploit for personal reasons and just gear up your toons.... sorry that is your failure to address an issue in time. You were aware of this in PTS, you let a bugged-patch into the live servers knowing about it. And when people started posting about it, it took you weeks to do sometthing about it. No offence, but you failed to take decisive action here gentlemen.... Further more, I will admit that even I took advantage of the lockout to help gear my own characters, I won't lie about it or be hypocritical about it. However, now that you're punishing people for using the exploit. Will you compensate them now as well for the all the times you screwed up in our disadvantage? I remember that for about two weeks in 2012 I lost millions on doing Explosivie Conflict Hard Mode on repair bills cause somebody made an error with the patch and you corrected it. But the damaged was already done... and was there any compensation, like a week no repair bills... no. Or a more rescent issue was for all the early acces players that lost roughly a million per character on leveling their abilities from 55 to 60. Only to hear a week later that you spontaniously decided to remove all learning costs in the future... What did we get as compensation... niets, rien, nada, niente, nothing!!!! So when you make a mistake in my advantage, sorry, but than i'm just gonna take that as compensation.... You seldomly make mistakes in our advantage, so don't mind me if I take it whole like a crocodile eats a chicken...
  4. If there is one thing you are diabolicly good at Darth Musco, it's teasing... so euh, what about that 3.0 Announcement you were talking about so-called at the end of the week?
  5. I like where people are going with this... though I do hope some of these things will be rewards from assembling pain in the *** missions. Not like the Czerka Crypt o Matic, that's downright lethal... Like some people mentioned, it would be awesome to see those 'original' speeders come to SWTOR. Personal wish would the AT-RT( All Terrain Reconnaissance Transport). Which the picture I've linked here, it would be AWESOME! if for example you guys would ever come out with a dead solarsystem where it's all dark. Or we have an area in nighttime. Where we can jus switch on the lights of these babies:tran_cool: Same goes for the AT-ST( All Terrain Scout Transport)!!! Considering the Rancor Mount from PVP will make our bounce against the roof that would be awesome. And to be honest, if I'm only allowed to use them on land and like not on fleet, I wouldn't mind at all.
  6. Just wondering, will the rewards be given to those that already have killed stuff in the pats( by method of our achievements)? Or do we have to start from scratch?
  7. Tait, Can you shed some light on why we have to wait another 6 months for the end of NiM Dread Palace? It's something my mind can't get around. Secondly, why no more codex fixes? Ilum Beastmaster would be nice...
  8. I'll hold you to that Eric next year Eric! God have mercy on your soul if I see you at Gamescom Cantina tour 2015!
  9. Just so you guys know, swtor spy is unavailable due to being hacked.
  10. Honestly, if they would have given me 1050 Cartel Points aswell, I'd find it fair. I bought it prior to it's release in April which was about 12€ or something, so yeah... People who bought it yesterday get their money back in Cartel Points, so nice commercial gesture for them. But for all your loyal subs who payed for this( to give you a return investment) from the start only get a rather cheap title( in development expenses)... Kinda lame guys Eric, Damion and Cory! You can do better than this guys! Show us that you meant it in Köln( Cologne, Germany) when you told us to keep supporting you guys and keep supporting the community. You kinda not motivating us to do so( sad panda) Blïtz Life's better with a good cocktail
  11. Awesome night guys! Gave me a lot of hope for this game. I would encourage as many people especially those living relatively close to Cologne( those in Germany ofc, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, UK and Denmark to come next year. There were EA colleagues from Germany and France who wanted to see their old colleagues again With a small hundred people present with a hilarious Q&A the regular conversations were simply AWESOME. Unlike the live guildsummit a full year back, everybody with the exception of Mr. Schubert - saying he knew the answer but couldn't recall it atm - new their stuff. Mr Musco trading epic PVP stories and just the way he talked about PVP, proved to me he just enjoys this game as we all do. His knowledge, his frustrations, his tactics, opinions were sincere and credible. There was an American stationed in Germany and they were just trading all the time. Mr. Cory Butler; I love the guy. Seriously! He's just there, relaxing, mingling with the crowd( sometimes running off somewhere with no body knowing where to ^^) He doesn't give you exact specifics, but to any decision there is a explination that makes you not only understand but also agree with how they made it. Moreover, he shows you that he's on top of things within his field. I'm not to sure if he plays the game as much as most of us do, but never say the guy isn't passionate about his job and his 'baby'? The guy is so enthousiatic about SWTOR as a person can be, note he's a producer and he needs to look at it from a different aspect too unlike most of us players who in general see it from one way. Mr. Schubert, is a bit more timide and a lot more carefull about what he's gonna say. I guess he doesn't want to jynx anything. So I'm gonna leave it at that. Anyway, it not only restored my faith in the game that night, I'm looking at it with a certainty - that if these people that keep up with what they are doing - that this game has a bright future. I wish you guys had a good flight back home and again: Thanks What's life without a good cocktail now and then?
  12. I'm gonna mingle in this conversation as I kinda get the feeling who you are or who you're supporting that evening. Eventhough I agree to a certain point where we're left a bit in the dark I'll ask one thing? Do you know any other game this size that does give it's players a long term headsup what they're working on? Second, since the down spiral last summer - right before they kicked in F2P - there has been an immence change in approach. Just look at the response time from a year back to posts on the fora through the DEV's tracker... fixing, at times deleting and adding the codexes, bit by bit introducing more stuff to do. More customisation etc... That we all want it to go faster, who doesn't. But considering the things that have happened in almost two years... they're improving. So give them the opportunity to spoil us... Rome wasn't built in one day.
  13. been checking swtor spy and torhead, nothing even hinting it so far... I'm relooking the major planetary story content to see where it might come out. I'll keep you posted
