  1. Another, quite possibly easier, solution would be to simply remove 'binds on pickup' from customizations. That way we could at least buy a T7 customizaion on a pub toon and mail it to an imp toon.
  2. It becomes even worse when you've already used rank 5 gifts to hit the previous 10k cap since, as you've illustrated, hitting that lvl 10 now can be done easily with rank 1 gifts.
  3. City of Heroes got around all of those problems with cut scenes, so it can obviously be done. The costuming options far outstripped any armor options available in TOR also.
  4. You can't invite anybody of the opposite faction to a personal stronghold either. You can switch to an opposite faction character in your legacy and invite them then, but you can never invite cross faction any more than you can email or whisper cross faction either.
  5. Absolutely! Actions should never drive the flag, the flag should drive actions. If you try to take an action that would currently flag you, and you're not flagged, you could simply get a message instead that the action requires you to turn on your flag, then you would have a choice whether or not to flag. In addition to this, I think the flag should expire when you do, or at the very least, when you take the medcenter option. You could always reflag yourself if you want but it wouldn't be necessary to stand around waiting for it to wear off.
  6. I'm having the exact same problem with with Jedi Consular that was forcibly transferred during the server merge. My characters on the destination server kept achievement credit for what they had done but a Consular - whose story I had nearly finished - has no story credit at all. I have no desire to play through the Consular story line again. How hard could it possibly be to give me credit for the story achievements based on where I currently am in his story?
  7. I've had numerous tickets with Customer Service about this and they always say they can't help, submit a bug. I have submitted in game bug reports, the last of which is over 7 months old, with no response. During the forced server merge, my highest level character (a level 46 jedi consular) at the time was transferred, along with several other characters and supposedly his legacy to Jedi Covenant. According to that same legacy, there has not been a single Jedi Consular story achievement unlocked despite the fact that he is in chapter 3 of the story. While I could understand the difficulty of maintaining certain data driven unlocks, such as kill-based ones, there is no reason that the story achievements cannot be easily fixed simply by looking at the character's current story mission.
  8. Not so. I sent Aric (my XO) and Elara to the bridge and it was Elara that got wounded.
  9. Good lord put a lid on the whining. If they open up all the servers at once, it will cause more problems than it fixes. If each server was an infinite hole they could pour as many people into as they wanted and have them keep working at peak efficiency then there would have only been one server since release.
  10. How about the fact that you already have characters and a legacy on the only destination server they allow you? I don't want to combine my legacies. The two are two completely different "families" and play styles.
