    Hey guys! I am a scoundrel healer of the fatman. I was wondering about the expertise and the healing done. I want to know if its necesary for a healer to get as much expertise as possible, meaning 1322, or we can sacrifice some expertise like 60 or 100, that reduces only in 1% the healing and damage reduction. I dont know how much this 1% will be affect my survivality and the healing output, because we also have a increase of cunning and endurance, that also increases the output and survivality. I would appreciate all the help you can give me regarding this issue. Choucita

  5. First i thought the same as you. But once i checked up my combat log and i realized that i was using that skill more than i thought. So you think you are not using that skill because you use it automatically when you are running out of energy. Check your combat logs and you will realize that you cant heal without that
  6. Hi there What I am doing atm is to get 3 Field Medic and 2 Field Tech parts. Why? Well the +5 energy will not really help us much, and the +3sec we have on the AOE could help a lot, because that AOE does a lot of damage. Well other thing that i have been thinking is that replace the Crit/Surge enhancements we have there, for the Battle one's that gives us less endurance but more crit (so we can reach the critical rate cap easily) and then we can start adding more power. I do this because as a scoundrels we have lots of ways to escape and if we are guarded we dont need to be 20k buffed. But talking about going for PvE armorings, well, WE as healers we need Expertise, maybe more than other classes, because it gives us more healing and in some way more "endurance". What I do also is getting and empty shell for the wrist and waist and put a PVE armoring and a PVP mod. Talking about augments, personally, I prefer Cunning over Power
  7. Hey: Very good guide. I have 2 issus though 1.- Not true about 162 Cunning = 1%Critical. That should be when you are over 2100 cunning. Otherwise do the mats, I've done it and with 1800 cunning, 155 cunning its = 1%. At about 1550, 148 cunning its = 1%. 2.- Talking about that 1 cunning gives you 0.14 power that is true without counting the 9% buff that all the scoundrels have. This buff gives us 9% of the TOTAL cunning, means that it gives us 9% after the 5% buff of the consulars. Consequently I think that the Cunning augments are a little bit on top that the Power augment

  9. Hello xinika The crit cap is 350 critical rating, that is the one that has Diminishing Return. You have only 198 CR what it means that you are far from the critical Cap. You have reached 30% because of the Willpower that gives you some critical rating, but that Critical Rating has no Diminishing Return. So I think that you should go for the 350 Critical Rating first, regardeless if you go over 30%

  12. Hello guys: I was wondering about the End-Game gear and i come out with 2 questions: 1) Do we take 2 PvE pieces in order to get the bonus? Or we stick to full WH in order to get more Expertise. 2) Talking about wrists and waist. Do you prefer going for a empty shell and fill it with a pve armoring and a pvp mod? Or do you prefer to stick to WH wrists and waist to maximize the Expertise? Also, if we stack lots of expertise...is there no soft capt for expertise? I would appreciate your personal opinions regarding this issue. Thank you very much

  14. Yes, is the chest that is the one the carries the skill armoring 26. Another thing, thats what i was thinking, that its only worth taking the head, and the next step is start grabbing black hole items, unles you have the chance to get the campaign. Im taking 1 campaign (head) and 1 rakata (chest), 2 battlemaster filled with black hole (legs and gloves) and black hole boots. That works fine, the only thing is that you have to change the mods in order to have the stats correctly.

  22. Oh your are right about war hero relics. Im so sorry, i confused with other relics!. I agree with you about the HPS if i am going for straight power, we should definitely go for 2 war heroes power relic, unless you need that critical burst damage (i guess that depends more on the itemnization). But your personally opinion about campaign relic. Is it really worth it taking an activate relic instead of consisting power burst? If so, why? Thanks
  23. I have also been checking the relics. Is it really worth using 2 power burst relics, instead of 1 power burst and 1 consisting healing relic(matrix cube) My reasons are: 1)As we are raid HOT healers, i would prefer having 80 cunning that provides not only a good consisting bonus healing but also provides us critical chance increast. Consequently we are going to be able to heal consistentively through the raid and also using the power burst in cases that we need big raid healing. 2)As power burst relic can only be used once every 2 minutes and it depends a lot on the situation we have in front of us, I mean some time the CD pops but we dont need at that moment the burst that the power relic provides us, but we are going to "to be able" to use to bonus of the matrix cube. So, we can some times have 2, 3 or even 4min without really using the relic in a profitable way. 3) Using the information given in the 2nd point, i was also forced to look at the campaign mending relic. As you said, its a small burst of healing but it will be always up because it doesnt depend on the usage. About this point im not sure. Because there are some occasions where we are going to use this small burst even if we dont want to use it (as is automatic). So I will ask for help at this 3rd point, because i havent done NM EV or KP yet. So maybe we are force to use this big burst, or we can only depend on consisting healing through the raid.   24. Yeah, but the difference between 75% and 78.4% wont be a lot, so i agree with you. Also we use DS that restores us energy when crit so if we have a bit more of alacrity it'll help, personally, more than 2% of surge. Also the alacrity can help us in a moment where we have to big heal some tank or healer that is dying. So i think a bit of alacrity will be a bit useful for Scoundrels (of course that is the last secondary stat we should consider, after soft capping crit and surge) PS: before changing...you had the best armorings and where do we have to rip them off. I think the better armoring came from the boots? Which ones are the best for campaign? Thanks!
  25. and why do u wanna go for 400 surge rating, if with 300 surge you get till 75% and after that you need 100 more surge rating for only 5%. Is it worth it? have you consider on going more power alacrity instead? the enhancements i mean. Because like I said....100 points for only a 5%(maybe like 3.5%), i might consider on going for more power, that has no DR.
