yeah and the maintenance on Tuesday was at 5pm AEDT too, they got that wrong. Keep the cause alive man. If I was cynical I might feel that they are trying to spite us....

I believe BW do care about their service to everyone and I am loving the latency with these Australian servers. And because they do care about giving us the best experience possible it's important that we share our opinions on this matter so they can improve the service. Right now it is not the best service possible even though the servers are great. It is not helpful to say that "it has been this way in other MMOs for ever". This is it's own game run by a company that has nothing to do with other MMOs, that wants to provide the best it can for all its customers. If you sell something globally and delay the sales in a certain region stating that you want the best experience for said region, then shouldn't you be providing that region with the best experience possible? ie. not taking servers down at 6pm.

We are not asking for the impossible. Like Psyntax suggested in another thread, how about rotating times so no one gets maintenance during their prime time every week?

Hear, hear. While I am loving the low ping on these servers I feel that to provide the best experience, which I believe they want to for us Aussie and Asia Pacific players, they must move this time. Getting home from a hard days work only to find out that I cannot play with my mates really sucks.
