I'm not new to the game but I am pretty new to PVP. Since 4.0 released I've gotten a full set of advanced PVP gear with full augments. Seemed a bit to easy to get actually. Here's my problem: I normally play dps but I don't really notice a difference between my normal (216/220 +augs) gear and my PVP gear. I know the bonuses for Expertise seem great but why can't I tell the difference? My dps numbers seem pretty much the same. Am I missing something here?

I have a few droids fully augmented. Will the MK-10 Augments be lost then? Will they add to the sell back value? I guess I can strip them out. That's going to be pricey. It would be nice to know how this is being handled. It would have been better if this was posted sooner.

I got accused of being a cheater in a raid last night because I have 4 pieces of 198 gear on my merc. The insults came as whispers. I was stunned. Do players not realize how easy it is to cap ult comms each week? I haven't even tried the new ops yet. This "hang anyone with 198 gear" mentality needs to stop. This thread is a setup for that kind of community mob hate. Anyone who doesn't agree with the harshest measures is accused of being an exploiter. IMO those who used the exploit ruin there own game experience. They don't effect my game in any significant way. Let BW deal with them. Harassment does affect my game however. I don't like being accused of being an "exploiter" or watching others being treated that way. That is a very serious insult where I come from. I personally feel that anyone in this thread who has accused someone of being an "exploiter" without proof should be banned from the forums or at least get a warning about forum etiquette. I really can't wait for this whole thing to blow over.

Facts: - There is no Elite/Ult gear (that I know of) that is sold specifically for droids (parts, motors, cores, sensors). - If you strip the mods from Elite/Ult gear the Armoring mods are bound to slots (head, chest, hands, feet, etc.). This makes them unusable for droids. - If you run a lot of Ops you get plenty of comms but not anywhere close to the amount of credits you'd need to buy the 168/180 mods from the GTN. Even with lots of weeklies/dailies this would be unreasonable. Questions: - Does anyone else find it frustrating that they can't fully gear their droid companions? AND - Is there a way to get Elite/Ult Armoring mods with Comms that can be used for droids? Thanks in advance for your constructive responses.

I completely agree. Unfortunately topics like these make trolls crawl out of the woodwork. Some people can't just say something nice for once. They have to threw there hatred into every thread. One other thing Bioware has done is create a game so appealing that even the people who hate it and/or QQ all the time still pay them every month. That's amazing!!! THANK YOU BIOWARE. I for one, truly enjoy what you've created.

I'm sorry. If you posted this for the Devs it would have been in Customer Service section. The only thing you've done is made yourself sound bad. Giving ultimatums in General Discussion is only done for a few reasons. (Ex: Maybe a poster is ignorant to were topics belong on a forum, Maybe the poster is just a troll trying to spread anger and hatred to others on purpose, maybe an honest mistake, etc.). Oh, and by the way, it was probably not a good idea to refer to the general forum population as a "cancer". Bad form sir, bad form...

I've encountered a similar issue on the Empire space mission (Taspan Ambush). It's an escort mission and there is now a wall of rock that is unavoidable now. It wasn't there yesterday. Strange...

Can someone please explain to me how the seeker droid works? I've been searching on Taris and keep having trouble. Sometimes I'll get a green bar giving me direction but then when I scan in that direction I don't anything and don't get another green direction indicator either. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Nice rant. Well written and all. My complements. I'm not a statistical wizard but I will say this: 1. I've played this build plenty, with my friends all playing Jedi, and I don't really see an imbalance. The Knights definitively deal out a heck of a lot of damage and we all take our licks. 2. I've played all 4 Republic classes a lot and have not seen any huge difference in game play. The character class balance has been very good in my opinion. Now that you have brought it up I'll be sure to pay more attention. 3. It should also be noted that I don't PVP much. Plenty of Group Heroics, FP, and Op stuff, but not much PVP. Perhaps what you're saying makes a bigger difference there. I'm not trying to discredit your opinion. Just trying to share my game experience. Hopefully I don't get bashed to hard for that.

Wise words. Unfortunately, there are so many Threads with crying players that "patience" has been thrown out the window. I agree that a warning would've been nice but we don't even know what's actually happened yet or what BW's spin will be afterward.

I said nothing about the Shadowland crash. That is obviously a BW issue. I said nothing about how much you personally can download. Simply, that Internet providers can be an issue for some people without them realizing it. That is very true. ~ and ~ I simply said that you are very rude to people in multiple threads, obviously hate the game, and should go troll a different forum. Sorry if I didn't write that clearly enough for you. ON TOPIC: Shouldn't this be in the Costumer Service Forum instead. It is unfortunate that players are having issues but reporting them in General Discussion is not likely to get you the help or support you need/want.
