Hello all who cares.
The last patch 1.7 was not the most brilliant one, im thinking of reoair bills and the GTN search abillities.
What strikes me most is how conserned customers are ignored by BioWare.
We are writing inte forums, writing ingame tickets, and no responce.
At best i get a cumputer generated answer that we have adressed some one to to something.
This is not good enough, there is no excuse to not hava an open and direct dialoge with your customers.
At least not technical ones in this computerised age with internet.
If this was another product i would change supplier imideatly.
I happen to like StarWars, and maybe thats why im abit more patient. But there is a line and im getting closer stepping over that. BioWare and or EA, sharpen up if you want my money in the future. Nobody is perfect, im thinking of the programming and development, but you need to take better care of your paying customer or you will loose them.
