I'm pretty sure a PVE Version does exist in game. Just it's rare or not many people have found the way to get them. When I was around lvl 16 I saw a lvl 17 Sith Marauder dual weilding a red saber and a purple saber. I have no proof of this.. but the Dev's did state in the Q&A that purple crystals are out there, you just have to work for them, I don't think they'd limit them to PVP at 50, nor do I think buying a PVP box is exactly 'working for them'.

Can you tell us more about the hutts taking over the GTN's? Is that like a future event or?

Hey, is it possible for low level characters to have a purple crystal? It's just I started playing around January and when I was in Dromund Kaas I'm sure I saw a level 17 marauder dual wielding a red and a purple saber, so I told my guild and they just said I was seeing things. So I would just like confirmation whether I need glasses or not...

I'm kinda feeling the same way, even though I like the game. this patch is ehhhh. (mainly because Bioware ruined my marauder's hood..)

Can we not customize the colors as shown in the 1.2 trailer? Or only unify them?

They ruined the hood for the marauder gear! I'm so dissapoint . Also if they can do helmet under hoods, why not hair under hoods?

I didn't know all we could do was unify colours I was hoping we could change them aswell..

I just bought the schematic from the crystal vendor and I've had the magenta adegan crystal (material) for a while now. But when I go to craft it, it says I don't have one. I've tried relogging and that didn't work so I'm started to get frustrated as I spent the last of my credits on that schematic. Anyone know what to do about this?
