If you have spare cartel coins this is a great thing to buy now and sell in a month when the GTN prices go back up. These sell for a ridiculous amount on the GTN when they aren't discounted on the CM.
I agree with your sentiment, which is why I never had any hopes for his project. It is very clear what he was trying to do, especially with the attitude he had towards people interested in the project. That is all I will say, but I could say more.
They might, if EA invested in SWTOR development. SWTOR has a skeleton crew. This is an upper management issue. Why do you think Ohlen and the doctors left?
1. Every MMO I have ever played had a large drop in active population during the summer as people go on vacations and otherwise enjoy the outdoors.
2. 7:15 PST is 10:15 EST, which is pretty late at night for most people. A better measure would be 6:15PST on a Tuesday night.
3. Pub side just doesn't have as many players as Imp side.
It is interesting that the KOTFE/KOTET characters are so much more developed than the Disney Star Wars films. I much prefer Lana over Rey and even Koth over Finn, and Theron over Poe. You do have to give the writers credit for some great story telling. No story is perfect, but I also prefer KOTFE and KOTET to Force Awakens and TLJ. Valkorian >Snoke for sure.
To my surprise and dismay, SWTOR is no longer found on the Games and Apps section of the Star Wars website:
http://www.starwars.com/games-apps
What does this mean? Is this the last year for SWTOR? Or is it they have a captive audience and marketing through the website doesn't drive new players to the game? Perhaps they are experimenting with the marketing of the game? I was just looking for any SWTOR news, possibly hints at long term plans.
something that expands on the gree and the story from terror from beyond, or simply drama within the empire and republic that leads to a war. a really great war story would be awesome actually. start the story with peace (a treaty of coruscant 2.0 of sorts), then have extremists push both sides to a conflict.
Knights of Naboo - The Rakatans create an empire on Naboo - uplifting an aquatic species by genetically enhancing them with Rakatan DNA to create the Gungans. A new galactic emperor rises - fight for glory against the new Sith Emperor Far Far Binks, the ancestor of the sith lord Jar Jar Binks who is possessed by Valkorian! Which side will you choose?
Yes, yes, every MMO game is dying according to the players. It all comes down to your perception. What is dying is your interest in the game, the game itself is healthy enough to support the development of future expansions.
I think the devs are underappreciated and most likely their greatest achievements go unnoticed by the players. I suppose giving you more of what you want is something you would declare as winning, correct?
