  1. You will have to buy the conq gloves then upgrade to ob then pull the mod and enhancement from it.
  2. HELLO? MCFLY?!?! ANYONE THERE?!?!? You don't have to remove the barrel to put another one in. You simply put the barrel you want in, and it destroys the existing one inside without you having to pay a single credit.
  3. No big deal bud. I see the bigger picture. It's a video game. It won't last forever. If I don't enjoy it, I'll stop playing it and pick up another one. I'm sorry to hear that you waited years for a video game that disappointed you. I'm not going to shed any tears if you unsubscribe due to dissatisfaction. Yes, the servers populations are dwindling. They will just continue to consolidate/shut down servers until they turn the lights off. It's a fact of MMO's. They have to end at some point. Some sooner than others. Oh well. I will continue to play it until I don't enjoy it any more, or they pull the plug. One thing is for sure though: I won't nerd rage over something so trivial as this game. From what I've read on this thread, here is what everyone wants: An epic level speeder Removal of the RNG on any aspect of the event Instanced portions of the quest to remove any human element/coordination/organization with the "huge hassle" of clicking an object, lol Legacy bound gear Removal of the bowcasters and implementation of some sort of piece of gear that every single class can use on the same effective level. Really? For a fluff event? Why don't we save that for a true content update, where that stuff matter for "progression" in character development? Like I said, I just don't see why peoples emotions are to the level they are. This is trivial.
  4. I find it disgustingly hilarious the amount of nerd-raging going on here. Seriously folks, this is supposed to be a video game. You play it for fun during your "free" time. If you don't find anything of value for participating in the event, then don't do it! Why on earth are you demanding people get fired over something so trivial? Why do you feel such a sense of entitlement for something that is meant as nothing but "fluff"? This world event is not a core part of the game, people. The rewards are considered trinkets/novelty items...nothing more! The speeder is 90% speed because it's a busted-up speeder. Just look at the thing, lol. It's meant to add personality and flavor to the game; so are the bowcasters. They don't give you any sort of advantage, they are simply made as a cosmetic change to your character or companion. If you don't have a character or companion that can use it, then no big deal. You're not losing out on anything! You complain about the social gear being a plain recolor/slight design change to the sandpeople armor. If Bioware would have made a unique piece of gear, you'd be complaining about that too, saying it's not unique enough or you don't like the looks, etc. Again, the rewards are simply fluff items meant to be novelty items for participating. Screw your head on straight, chill out and exert your energy on something that matters. The world event in this video game should not be getting you all this worked up. There's simply no justification for it. Period. People whined about how terrible the Rakghoul event was. Now they say it was great. Now they complain how terrible this event is. There's just no pleasing you brats. If things are just that horrible for you, there's a way to change that. It's called "unsubscribe". Take your nerd rage to the next MMO please. Thanks!
  5. Translation of thread: Waaaah!! waaah!! waaaaah wahhh wahhh!!! waaaaah!!!
  6. They need to send in-game emails to all the unhappy subs who got this speeder a new vehicle: The Waaaahmbulance. 110% speed, comes with bonus legendary item: Pacifier
  7. Let me sum up this thread: "waaaaah! waaah! wah waaah waaahhhh!!! waaaaah!!! waaaah!!"

  9. You can try to shine this class up all you want to, but a turd is still a turd, shiny or not. My jug is far more effective in PVP than my sorc, and the jug has just as much "utility". Here's what the typical dps sorc does in warzones: 1.Bubble random teammates and throw emergency heals to possibly turn the tide of an existing battle between him and one of the enemies. Don't touch that force lightning button unless you want to say "HEY IM SQUISHY PLEASE BEAT ME DOWN IM AN EASY KILL". 2. Throw afflication on all enemies within range after tossing your death field to help pad those scoreboard numbers at the end, because god knows you're not killing anyone. 3. Toss random CC's to help teammates who are capping nodes from being interrupted. 4. Run for your life whenever a 1-on-1 situation occurs, unless it's another sorc...in which case it's like 2 kids beating on each other with pillows. Sorcs in warzones are a joke. Whenever I'm playing my Jug they are the first ones I look for because they are so incredibly easy to take out, with mercs being a close #2.
  10. That doesn't make sense though, according to my scenario. I had 7 medals (70 coms) prior to the dauntless/speed medals. Under your logic, that means I got 10 coms from 10 medals, which equals....1 com per medal for dauntless?
  11. It was a fairly quick beatdown. I started off with 4 medals for protection, then got the 2.5k hit and 5k hit and killing blow medals, the rest were for speed. so i think it was 7 medals earned before the medals for speed...not 100% sure. Edit: So the medals earned for speed don't grant as many coms as if we were to drag the match out? That doesn't seem right to anyone playing...the receiver of the beatdown nor the winners for executing.
  12. I just get sick and tired of seeing the lag switch teleport cheat/exploit in huttball. I'm sure you've seen it: Guy is untargetable with either a direct attack or AoE on a spot inside where the ball rests at the center of the arena. He clicks on ball, then you see him running partially through the floor, lilke half his body is above the floor and the other half below it. Next thing you know, someone else is where he used to be, and then the guy who had the ball magically appears close to the goal line. Score. The other teleport hack i've seen in huttball sticks out like an eyesore: Guy who has the ball flails down on the ground like he got hit with an assassins knockdown move by the fire traps. He starts at the fire trap closest to the middle, then disappears and reappears right outside the next firetrap closer to your goal, then all they have to do is walk down the ramp and score. It's the exploits that ruin this games fun factor for me.
  13. Anyone else? How does the system calculate coms? I thought for every medal you got 50 valor 10 coms or something like that, max to 80 unless you win, then you get more. I've won 140 coms (not counting MVP votes) in a regular wz match....but when we give the other team a beatdown I end up earning less. Can someone tell me why?
  14. Before jumping to conclusions, first let's find out if there are more abilities that help to counter energy damage vs. kinetic damage. This would help to come to an educated conclusion.
