This is probably true, but a company has to have one central outlet for communications especially when it has so many customers. In my opinion it is important for all of us who plan on investing a significant amount of time and money in this game or anything else take a little time to familiarize themselves with its status. I hope that BW comes up with a way to make this right for the people who feel wronged, but fixing bugs, errors and mistakes has to continue.

If you want to get technical, its called the SpyMASTER set. A spymaster is the person who runs a spying operation, like M, not Mrs. Peel. The Spymaster set now, correctly and appropriately, looks like a variant of the Imperial uniform. By the way, there is an excellent, sleek, close fitting, spy-style outfit in the game since launch. Hardweave Jacket and Hardweave Leggings, avaialble for the Agent and Warrior. I know it won't make you feel any better about the situation, but since you are obviously interested in this style of armor I thought I would let you know about it.

Nope. The SWTOR site and forum are the official outlets for information, including known issues and patch notes. If you can't be bothererd to look at them occasionally, its your fault. I haven't looked, but I am sure that there is something in the TOS that indicates that in-game items are subject to change. Therefore, a person should really (really) think twice before committing large sums of money for specific items.

Good patch today, and some nice new things in the market. Props to you for that! I'd like to request that you please address the lightsaber bug sooner rather than later. It is an extremely annoying bug that is almost constantly visible. Thanks! EDIT: the specific bug I am requesting a fix for is the one where the saber blades do not "turn off" when the weapon is put away.

As long as they don't remove the correct, fixed, working as intended versions we now have.

I'll agree to the extent that they should not release things that are broken, but there is no excuse for not fixing things that do get released broken.

Spymaster, for example, was clearly suffering from the same problem: none of the detail meshes were showing up. Now it looks great, and finally gives me a good outfit for Talos Drelic. Once it is confirmed that the sets are now WAI, of course.

Joveth has also stated that he is pursuing more information on this. It seems very likely that the comment you linked to is wrong, because it is directly at odds with the patch notes and BWs previously stated intent.
