  2. Sure you can. First of all they are estimates, and by definition inaccurate. Second, if you know the upper and lower bounds of server population you easily calculate a minimum and a maximum population loss. And no, I can't be bothered to do it myself, I'm not gonna play this thing anymore and I'm not a fan of doublespeaking damage control. I used to like star wars comics. Until I played this game.
  3. Lol. So gunslingers are easily one order of magnitude better than commandos (I have both), and they're gonna boost them even more? I hove how it took them, what, 3 days to nerfix commando dps, and now it's taking them months to bostfix them.

  5. The problem is that bioware seems to be happy with the current status quo so ideas, no matter how good, go nowhere :|
  6. Grab your gunslinger, put it in the same position as the commando. He cannot be jumped on, he cannot be stunned with hunker, he can still push people away in two different ways, he can put meaningful dps from that privileged position and keep the mid clear. See which deals better with the double jumping guardians and other leaping vermin (like my 50 sentinel ). You're better off clearing the way for the ball carrier most of the time.
  7. That's because apparently your enemies suck. There's no way any competent sorcerer would stay around enough to die. And the few gunnery commandos you see you eat alive... with the gunslinger just interrupt the GR from 30m and oh boy where did your dps go, followed with a smoke grenade... what? it sucks now that more damage comes from ranged rather than tech? I had a 70ish commando before the lolfreevalor days. The commando sucks balls. Do yourself a favour, try a gunslinger for a bit, and then come back to inform us how fine the commando is as dps turret.
  8. May I present you gunslinger's flourish shot? One single shot does the following: 1. Deals some damage. 2. Reduces armor by 20%! for 45!! seconds 3. Debufs incoming heals 20% for 9 seconds. Oh and on a 4.5 second cooldown so pretty much spammable. The commando, compared with the gunslinger, is not only a spit to the face but also a kick to the balls. But then I don't care anymore, my sub expires in a few days.
  9. According to their latest statements you are wrong. They only wanted to shift the damage coming from grav round to other abilities. Of course that's not what they appeared to be saying initially but hey, just look at mortar strike: fix aoe marker radius by nerfing aoe radius.

  12. Anyone who says gunnery commandos are fine in pvp has never tried a gunslinger or a sage, or is trolling.
  13. My gunslinger is now at 23, all through wz leveling. It is absolutely ridiculous how good the gunslinger is in comparison with the mediocre commando.
  14. Give thanks your server still doesn't have the shadow/assassin FOTM. Those are annoying.

  19. 1 or 2 h to complete is better than 6 or 8h
  20. 10-49 except a few rerolling premades nobody has a clue. No focus, no resolve management, no interrupts. 50, all that's left is mostly the geared to hell and with a clue premades that, along with bioware, crushed people's desire to play.
