the tool tip is for PVP and PVE. all you need to see in the tool tip is "player targeted deals 30% less damge for 6 secs attacking anyone other than you."

if they are not, they are bad sins. A taunt does not give you any damage taken, it just lowers their damage output.

Why would you not is the real question. You have the chance to lower an opponents damage output, why would you not want to do that.

Basically, you want to get rid of expertise so you don't have to grind pvp gear cause you don't like pvp (or at least I assume you don't). So if you want pvp gear for free, I want pve gear given to me, cause I hate pve.

imagine the response if someone posted in the pve section that they where to lazy to grind out Deceiver gear and that it should just be given to people.....
