Call costs are too high and too long to wait for a consultant. Blizz or Funcom also offer Life Chat or contact us by e-mail. BW provides e-mail address but did not respond to messages. It's no fair and unprofessional. The company loses customers, and game players.

Sorry , but I agree with mogyoon and havokhead. We need more content and we need more ops, fp and WZ. It's a big fundamental part of MMO. I think story is only a good addition to the rest of the game.
