I have both of these and run something similar.
Nostromo - I my quick bars main, 2 and 3 stacked on each other on the bottom on my screen, this gives me 36 spots for abilities to use.
Main quick bar (LtoR) ASDFGQWERTY, Mouse Scroll Wheel Down
Quick bar 2 below (LtoR) Shift+ASDFGQWERTY, blank
Quick bar 3 below (LtoR) Alt+ASDFGQWERTY, blank
My Nostromo is setup
1-5 = qwert
6-10 = asdfg
11 - end (triggers my speeder)
12 - talk button for vent or mumble
13 - esc to deselect if needed
14 - y key
scroll on the nostromo - up to select next friendly target, down to activate my adrenal for pvp (page down)
the push button above my d-pad for my med pacs (home)
d-pad to move forward, back, left, right
button 15 - jump (space)
My Naga -
1 - Shift
2 - Alt
3 - Control (I had ASDFGQWERTY setup on my companion commands with Control+)
4 - 12 are bound to quick bar 4 top to bottom (quick commands such as buffs, power channel, sprint, stances, etc..)
Left click selects target
Right click moves camera
Both together I run
Scroll Wheel Up (towards front of mouse) selects next enemy
Scroll Wheel Down (Standard Melee or Ranges Strike i.e. Saber Strike for Assassin)
Scroll Wheel Click - Toggle Run
Top Click Button I have toggle my inventory
Bottom Click is just empty.
The reason of the quick bar setup stacked is my main abilities can be in buttons 6-10 on my nostromo and then the same buttons with including button 1 or 2 on my naga. My hand barely has to leave 5 to 10 keys ever for a ton of abilities.
Makes a huge different in fights I think with the easy and how fast I have use them.
