Thank you all for the advice, I didn't realize the balistic dampers were pasive, I thought it was an activated skill. I personally like the plasma probe, if anything I think the grenades are weak (esp less than 4 people affected) and use too much energy. To answer a question: I mainly pve, raid, but I do like to pvp for dailies, and try to work on some warzones to get better pvp gear. I've been enjoying the engineer build overall, and the sniper, but also havnt really played an alt yet.

So I just got the shield probe ability. In the description it says: "does not break stealth" yet as far as I can tell I do not have any stealth abilities. I am a lvl32 I have all abilities trained that are offered, both general and sniper tabs. I have searched all my ability tabs, the 5 or so and do not see anything. Am I missing something?

I have a hp pavilion, with win 7 64 bit. My sound outside of the game works fine, I can listen to music. In game I get little to no sound, sometimes it will turn on for a min or two then back to no sound, this problem only started after the 1.1 patch, any advice would be appreciated.

Since we are not getting server forums from BW you could try swtorowned.com/content an unofficial forum page, see if anyone from the rp servers are active there, or start your own thread, find people to rp with. But the suggestions to try 2-3 (or more) till you find a good fit is a good bet.

I don't know if it's a potential bug or if I'm missing something simple here. I go to quest area with poisoned body parts I have tried using them on the environment everywhere and it never actually uses/updates the quest. I would just skip the quest but it's the only 1 I have left to complete the balmorra bonus quest line. Any help would be appreciated.

Also doing the daily pvp warzone brings in a nice chunk of xp, and credit. A lot of people do not loot low lvl mobs looking only for loot gear and such but I say make that hustle loot everything and sell it.

Yes please add option to increase font size. Ability bars are absolutly unreadable I don't have the capacity to remember all those slots haha.

So someone in game answered my quesion, for any other newbs out there. You click on the bar very top very left. It will say location and population. example Balmorra:21 if you are in a guild it will also show how many people are online in your guild and what planet they are on. You click on that bar it will bring up a large window with several options, click on who tab and you can create a lfg comment, which will flag your player for lfg.

Do you have to write a reply to subscribe/rate? Seems like something you should just be able to do...

How do you subscribe to a thread? How do you rate a thread? This seems like something extremly basic, I must just be missing the button or something would appreciate any help.

First let me say thank you to all the responses. The cartel mission is no longer a quest it was one of my old ones. I could still do the mission for the xp and credits I suppose. Someone else mentioned the very unlikely event of having too high of quests in my que is there a way to check or correct this? And yes I do play them I agree that they are a fun distraction from the regular grind, to blow stuff up! Haha plus I get to use my xbox360 controller which is nice
