So I just got lvl 20 IA got a new list of space combat quests. I have all grade 1 installed on ship. I can not complete any mission I do get very close on 1 of them. My question/concern is: I can not equip better ship grade equipment till lvl 26?!? Are they intentionally this hard? I like space missions and def enjoy the dailies xp bump. Do I have to wait to lvl 26?

Fairly new to mmos I have played browser mmos before but nothing on this scale. So far I am really enjoying the game, my first character is IA lvl 23, I have noticed that grouping outside of heroic quests and flashpoints seems non-existant. Any way one random question and one total noob question. When do I get access to my own ship? Having companions go on missions and do crafting seems like a cool idea. Ok total noob question, I have heard about different voice programs for chatting. What are these programs? What are there advantages/disadvantages? Are they officially recognized/allowed? Do they pose any threat to my comp (virus) or account (hacking)? I'd appreciate any info.
