This. I didn't hear mine until I was able to put points in the talent that causes SRM to proc Upper Hand.

It took me almost 30 levels, but my Scoundrel started giggling. My levelling buddy and I are now constantly cracking jokes every she giggles. "Oh SRM, you so funny." Keep the giggle, it's fun

One thing everyone fails to point out about Blade Barrier is that the four piece bonus from the PvE set increases the damage absorbed by Blade Barrier by 20%. I think that this may add some love into Blade Barrier usage, but I wish it would scale D:
