I was hoping that Tauntauns would be the 'Taxi’ on Hoth (albeit a very fast moving Tauntaun haha) I was disappointed... They are on Hoth as Yellow Mobs. What I think would be a cool idea is if you could buy/earn a 'harness' that’s a permanent special item that allows you to (temporarily) mount Tauntauns, but when you dismount they run away.

On my US server I only ever met one GS in PvP but on my new Aus server it's not uncommon to have 4+ of us on one team. I think (as it was with me) that GS isn't a popular first choice but it is a popular alt choice.

PvP gets you tonnes of exp and a healthy stack of credits. Just from PvPing while doing my class quest I was level 19 where you are up to lol, didn't do a single Coruscant mission

Thanks for all your input guys, I think my problem may be mostly psychological lol. Though I frequently top the board for Medals, Damage, and Kills and I always target players that are holding/playing the objective and healers, I feel as if I'm not contributing enough. I think it’s just the fact that this is basically the first Pure DPS build I've ever played.

Hey guys, I've just started a Gunslinger (lvl 15) and I'm struggling.... my main is a lvl 50 Guardian and when I'm playing him I always feel like I'm helping the team a lot. With protection and survivability I always feel like I'm contrbuting. With the Gunslinger I don't feel like I'm helping at all. I sit there in cover and when the enemy gets close I use leg shot and run but they just catch up again. Or half the time when I'm loading a shot they walk somewhere i can't see them and cancel.... In short I feel squishy and useless, can anyone please help me become a contructive team memeber. Thank you for any advice.

I know right, we chose to get the game early. I for one am gratefull of a free transfer of any kind. Bioware did not need to do this for us, but they did. thank you

Next to the lightside vendor in the GTN section of the fleet. Anyone else find these a waste of money? My guildie linked here lightsaber with one in it + 58 Mods and it wasn't as good as my Champion saber, very disappointing. Although I do realise it’s just Bioware trying to thin the credits out a bit.

^^^ Its sucks because my GF wants to play this too but only if you can play together but we're not gonna get a second copy of the game. You can see why it’s this way though obviously. Just a tip, you can copy the SWTOR folder onto an external hard drive to avoid downloading everything again

As soon as the warzone is full (Or not far off starting) I always say 'Plan Guys?' after a few seconds of no reply I'll say something like '4 Left, 4 right?' When I get no response after that I find a Sage a Guar/tail him/her (As long as they're playing the objective)

Haha I get this too, particularly when trying to organise which two turrets we are going to cap/hold or explaining when I say 3 inc left it doesn't mean everyone leaves their position :-P

I'm a level 50 Jedi Guardian (Tank Spec'd) I play on average probably 3-4 hours a day, a lot of which is PvP. I was a little late to the PvP party (Only Valour 33) and have managed to get 5 champ pieces and the rest Cent gear (With 3 Rakata items) and I thoroughly enjoy PvP. Even when the other team is full BM Sorcs and BH's I still have fun, especially running with Sage heals guildy (Most people still don't know how to tackle a Tank/Heals duo well lol). I don't understand all the complaining, is it cause you put heaps of time into the game so you want better gear and an advantage over all the newer 50's coming up? While I can understand the sense of achievement you're looking for I don't understand the rage it causes and the many negative topics you seem to need to make. Why don't you all join me in playing a GAME and having FUN?

I'm a lvl 50 Jedi Guardian, The story was quite good (Bit over the top but good) with plenty of darkside options. I am primarily a Tank and have had no problems with HM etc (Although AoE threat can be tricky) and I carve up in PvP (Top 5 minimum). Get plenty of kills and tons of protection, throw Guard on a Sage, taunt on whoever is tring to kill them and wreck face

I don't think its too bad. If you just do some PvP, your class quest (Unique to all stating classes) and space bar through a few planet quests you'll keep around the recomended lvl (Above if you throw some space missions in there).

After you've collected all the Implants/Ear pieces and mods you need of course.

Just curious, if I make an alt on one of the Oceanic servers and I get up to getting a legacy (Pretty likely now that we’re waiting till April) what happens once I bring my other characters across who already have a legacy attached?
