But what if we lowered the amount you can sell things on the GTN and find a way to tax transactions outside the GTN for a much higher tax, or after a certain price in the GTN massively raise the amount of taxes so that the total received is way lower...

Sorry I was just asking the year so I knew what year my 36-year-old Character was born, nothing about the in-game story. if it's 26 ATC, he would be born in 10ATC, during Jedi under Siege when the order is more or less dissolved with Satele missing and the council has all but gone until Gnost Dural starts putting it back together. from what I remember, so my question was. is the current year 26 ATC in-game or later and did the Jedi more or less disband or not be properly coordinated during the jedi Under Seige and how long would that have last from when to when.

Even if the story of the game isn't canon in particular there have been lots of hints that at least this version of the old republic in some capacity. some examples Tython is a canon planet Rakata prime is a cann multiple references to Mandalorian history which includes helmets that are from the old republic the Crucible ship that Huyang is on HAS the old republic logo on it https://www.starwars.com/video/our-r...s-forgotten-us episode 9 obviously has the sith fleet with ships named after old republic sith lords like Revan there are lots, so while the specific stories from the game may not be canon, to some degree the old republic as we know it existed in one form or another.

Point 2 is wrong though, Darkside does not equal sith, Sith is a specific set religion. A fallen Jedi can be just that a fallen Jedi without being a Sith. The nighters are a whole other culture of dark side users who aren't sith. a Sith can renounce being a sith like Asajj or eventually maul.

I am currently on SS server but would move if I find the right guild I am looking for Jedi Only guild (even better if it's Corellian, but those don't seem to exist) The only thing I want is I do not want my character to start as a padawan in character without a REALLY good reason ( I don't care about guild ranks)He is a 35-year-old Jedi Knight ( never had a Padawan, and if it's a Corellian guild he does have a family) He also has a companion droid that is a beat-up old republic battle droid that was a gift, beyond that, I only have a bare-bones idea, so I am looking for some help. I also have a new character that could start as a Padawan.

Yeah if I wanted that for this character I'd 100% agree that would be awesome. I have another character I just started that is a Sentinel/Shadow, I am RP his lightsaber breaks apart at the hilt (like Asajj or Cal) this is a high DPS or stealth class.

I don't mind that as much, I feel like mixing and matching would be massively underpowered or overpowered. I am just happy being able to fulfill any role a group might need with a few button clicks.

SO I have been playing since launch, stope for a few years except for coming back at new expansions for a month or so. Decided to come back again with combat styles and stay for longer. My main I have played since launch in a Jedi Guardian and with combat style, I can pick up sage as well. I realized that RP-wise and Game-wise this makes my character feel like a complete Jedi, someone who spent 35+ years raised as a Jedi. I can tank, heal, Melee DPS, Range DPS. only need 1 lightsaber and with the new armor I believe only 1 set of armor and I can set everything up with load-outs, the only thing I need to switch is my tac and implants. it genuinely makes my character feel like a Jedi who spent his life as a Jedi.

I know the Jedi are in Disarray after onslaught, scattered and few in numbers. Does this go for the Corellian Jedi as well?
