  1. Name of the Imperial Storyline to begin is "First Strike". If you enjoy story, I would highly suggest doing your flashpoints with a group of like-minded people. There are plenty of guilds willing to help you run through content and help you gear for them in the process!
  2. Was considering writing one of these, but you beat me to it. Very well done my friend, hope this helps new players out a bit.
  3. I have yet to hear this issue surface. I do not have this issue. I would contact Customer Support and see if they could assist you with this problem, it may be a glitch. If you do not want to wait for their assistance, the best support I can offer you is restart your game and retry. Maybe you'll get lucky!
  4. My Name is Imposiable, and I am a experienced player of SWTOR, and a Founder. I am new to the Community Forums, and am working to make my impact on it. I have been ignoring the community forums for a while, which is a mistake of my own that I have been hoping to correct. I am looking forward to helping all of the New Players, if anyone has a question, especially if they think it is a "Stupid Question" (I don't believe in "Stupid Questions") then feel free to PM me! I'll happily try to help you find your answer! Looking forward to seeing you all on the forums and in game.
  5. This is a bit difficult for even someone like me to answer. I (unfortunately) haven't paid too much attention to these numbers, if I were a avid Flashpoint/Operations Player, I would follow the item levels that TOR mentions on the Daily Quests to do said Flashpoint/Operation. They list a recommended Item level on each Operation. I would follow that number and not care about what other people are looking for. If you are still set on getting an answer for this question, someone who knows more about Operations and Flashpoints would have to assist you with this.
  6. Well, I think that any DPS you get in the Operations/Flashpoints are decent, so long as you know the class, but the favored class for DPS in these are Snipers. They are capable of dealing massive amounts of damage, which is a fair argument. Flashpoints are easily done by anyone in my opinion, however Operations can take some time. In PvP, I believe that Warrior/Knight is the role to go with, which is what I participate in the most. Whatever class you pick you can make work with anything if you are able to figure out the role. It just happened that I liked the Warrior the most
  7. Welcome back to the Star Wars Community! We sure are glad to have a returning player rejoining the game. If I had to suggest any class for anyone, it would be the Sith Warrior. It has a great story, and is a pretty easy class to learn. I highly suggest to stick with the game, it may seem "tedious" at first, but you can work your way up pretty quickly. I prefer the Marauder Subclass, but if you want to Tank, you should use the Juggernaut class. If you are feeling like you want to be a Jedi Scum, you could try the Jedi Knight class, as it is very similar to this. Feel free to ask any questions on this forum, we are here to help! Good Luck on Your Quest, Young Acolyte!
  8. I agree with this. I haven't used any crew skills on my characters and am doing pretty well. If you do find yourself doing Flashpoints however, you may want to take up some of the crew skills. I wish you good luck with your upcoming journey though!
  9. Welcome to Star Wars The Old Republic! It's great to still see people joining the game. If you have any questions this is where they go! Many Experienced players are here and ready to help answer your questions. My tips to you are always do your sidequests, as it will help you get your experience up, and don't be afraid to ask anyone questions. We are here to help you! Good Luck on your Journey, Young Acolyte!
  10. Yes, I can see your mistake here. These are the steps you need to follow, in this order: 1. Return to Korriban (go to Korriban and Hutta Departures on the Fleet to get achieve this step). 2. You must use the SHUTTLE to reach the Imperial Fleet. You cannot use a Fleet Pass to get there (I learned this the hard way). Get on the shuttle to the Imperial Fleet. The shuttle is located on the far side of the Academy near the Temple of Marka Ragnos, where you scanned one of the Sith Lords for the Quest "Purity". 3. Take the shuttle to Dromund Kaas from the Fleet. (Again, you must follow directions VERY well.) 4. Take the speeder to Kaas City (Make sure to do your sidequests before you head off to your main quest!) 5. Speak to Zash on Dromund Kaas. I hope this fixes your problem, if you still have any issues, feel free to PM me and I'll try to help you out the best that I can. Good luck on your quest young Acolyte!
