  1. Not using BitRaider myself, but still have an issue. The patch begins to download, then I get an error message and the only choice is to run repair. What follows is approximately 2 hours of a very slow progression bar, then a "Success!" message, after which the patch resumes downloading, before the same error message appears. I've rinsed and repeated this thrice throughout the day, restarted Windows, restarted the client, nothing works.
  2. Something tells me that most people don't even realise that with every hypercrate they're basically buying 30 chance cubes...
  3. I'd really like to know why the packs were changed in this very insulting way. Prior to this, any newly released pack had at least a decent chance to drop new armor/decos/weapons. Now? Each and every pack released is nothing but a huge chance cube. Anything can drop. From any pack ever released. Which makes the drop chance of new items all the lower. And that chance will continue decreasing the more items are released. Which in turn makes gold and platinum items extremely difficult to get, let alone if one is to aim getting a specific one. The possibility of that happening becomes astronomically low. I mean, the reason to this change is obvious. Making really desired/new items tough to get to then release them for direct purchase on the CM. But honestly... that's quite the slap in the face for the small playerbase you have left. Not only do we not get much for subscribing (other than the odd mount now and then, what a joke!), but we're forced to spend even more than the monthly fee on pure gambling. There's better ways to make a buck and at the same time keep your playbase happy, guys. Take a look at WoW and finally learn something. However, if you are really trying to chase off the few that have remained loyal to this game since launch, you're doing a splendid job, that should be said.

  5. Checking the other threads before creating a new one goes a long way.
  6. I was logged in until ten minutes ago. I had to reboot. Now I have the same issue.
  7. Taking the day off work is still your doing and not Bioware's. Knucklehead.
  8. 100k is nothing. I'd rather have 1k CCs for the trouble.
  9. I was referring to his derp comment which blamed Bioware for him taking the day off work, not about the lost day of early access. I'd like to have that day back too, but I won't blame Bioware if I skip work for it!
  10. lol... did Bioware make you do that? xD
  11. It's disappointing to see that Life Day items demand Gree components to be bought. Actually, the only item I want, is the one I cannot get, because I don't bother with the farming of Gree or Rakghoul. GG BW, much obliged.
  12. Oh, no no. The analogy is rather like this: You paid for the milk, it was promised to be delivered, then excused for being late, and then they said it's on its way but you found out it's a lie. In the meantime you realize that they hired an unreliable transport company (BitRaider anyone?) without you even being aware of it, and which you are now forced to rely on. If that's not reason enough to be upset as a customer, then I don't know what is.
  13. Except that, in this case, the cashier is refusing to give me the milk I paid for.... Also, I'm not snarly and arrogant when things are working as they should. I become such when I pay for services or goods that aren't delivered.
  14. What do I click on when I'm stuck at 100%?
  15. I don't need to thank them for when it works normal. I pay them for it. So yes, I and many others, have the right to be upset when it's not working as it's supposed to. Feel free to thank them for providing something you pay for though.
  16. Try being stuck at 100%. So much fun!
  17. My transfer just occurred. I didn't even get to speak to a GM. I got disconnected from the Progenitor while doing wzs on my alt there, waited for 2 mins and when I went back in all my characters were moved over with random names. I deleted the nameholder alts, renamed the mains and... that was it. I was very specific in the ticket though, I even gave a link to the yellow post on page 88.
  18. My ticket is also still open but here's the weird thing: my Progenitor alt already has my main's legacy. >_> No characters have been transferred yet, but my legacy somehow has...
  19. Contact customer support in-game with a ticket and ask to have your characters transferred.
  20. Oh my god... I almost peed my pants. VICTORY IS OURS!!!!!
  21. "Wartet einfach noch ein bißchen" sounds promising to you? It's more like the obligatory Soon™. It's not about wanting something to be done sometime, it's about wanting something to be done now. People are still paying while not enjoying themselves. We've already waited for more than a week in the hope of receiving what we're paying for. Instead, we get "Wartet einfach noch ein bißchen", which we have already by the way, and which presents absolutely no solution and wasn't even posted here! And yet we have arrived at a point where even the slightest sign of a reply, informative or not, is welcomed with almost tears of joy. It's like throwing a few crumbs of bread to a man almost dying of starvation and have him say "Thank you" for his remaining days, although his situation didn't change one bit. Simply... sad. Time is of the essence. Transfers will occur, paid or not. That's a fact. However, people won't wait forever for that to happen. And once people are fed up with being spat at, they'll be gone, come transfers or not. Many of us may still not like the idea of quitting the game, but being treated like a worthless minority (while still paying!) is sort of forcing one to just ditch the whole thing altogether. I don't know about you, but I feel like being taken for a fool. Very soon, neither my love for the game nor any more Soon™ posts will be able to convince me to keep playing it.
