  4. Yes but they're boring to play in my opinion and feel kind of gimped without a few fun Juggernaut abilities.

Because: - Intercede - Leaps to a friendly target, reducing his or her threat by a moderate amount and reducing damage taken by 20% for 6 seconds. - Force Push - Deals 929 - 1053 kinetic damage, knocks the target back several meters, and knocks the target down for 2 seconds. Force Push immediately finishes the cooldown of Force Charge. - Force Choke - Chokes the target, crushing and stunning it while Force Choke is channeled. Deals 787 kinetic damage every second. Builds 1 rage per second. - Taunt - Taunts the target, forcing it to attack the Warrior for 6 seconds. Player targets deal 30% less damage when attacking anyone other than you. Lasts 6 seconds. - Chilling Scream - Freezes nearby foes, reducing their movement speed by 50% for 9 seconds. I already have a BM Vindicator geared Juggernaut but these are the reasons why I just made a new Gaurdian.

  7. Powertechs are not op so not all of us agree. I think a lot of those posts are from people trolling. Why? I don't know. Perhaps they have just moved on to a different class and are having a difficult time soloing Powertechs with their new heal spec Sorcerers/Sages? It's seems pathetic but It's a reality in these forums unfortunately.

  9. Yeah, the people you get attacking a class too go figure eh. You would think that they would have better things to do in life rather than whine like little kids in a forum or perhaps just learn to play their class better. I'm not debating what percentage of what particular class(s) in each specific warzone are capable of dispelling a Pyro dot because that is just getting into ridiculous territory imo. I don't care how often another class can cleanse a Pyro dot my point was, that they can, which = a loss of dps for the Pyro.

I've read whine after whine in these forums about the same crap and I've gotten used to the fact that most people don't provide compensation for the removal of burst with their "nerf pyro" whines. I apologize for putting you in that catagory and I openly admit that I skimed through your post. With that said, the whining gets old after a while and any post that mearly suggests even a slight nerf to "said class" I either all out ignore or I quickly skim through. Unfortuately I sometimes may miss other important points that might be made because of this. I still disagree with you because, although the dot's are nice, they can still be easily dispelled by certain classes making them almost useless and burst is king for taking down tough healing in a warzone. Try and imagine this game without burst - I don't want to.
  11. Yeah I have a 50 PT as well and I wholeheartedly disagree with your 18% nerf to Pyro burst simply because the class partly relies on that burst for survivability. The PT is kind of like the Marauder damage wise, but without the cloak of Pain, Obfuscate and Force Camouflage for added defence and escape. Yes PT has Oil Slick but it's higher up in our Shield spec tree so it's unobtainable. PT's greatest defence is it's offence - period! The PT has no escape ability and really only one defensive cd, so nerfing it's ability to kill would only cause survivability issues with the spec. But as a person with a 50 PT you should know this. There are also many people in this forum with arguments that provide possible solutions to the Pyro burst (such as yourself) but I don't see many arguments for compensation of the removal of that burst. So it's really hard for people like me to take most people who complain about the Pyro serious in the first place. They just look like ignorant whiners for the most part.
  12. I play a BM geared 50 Pyro and I don't consider myself to be a bad player. I also have a BM geared 50 Marauder as well as a BM geared 50 Juggernaut and currently working on a Guardian. Perhaps Bioware should just remove alot of abilities from certain classes and dumb down their rotations substantially? Then the rest of us won't have to read whiney "nerf" posts from immature community cry babies such as yourself because you would now be able to keep up with these, so called, "easy classes" to play.

I hate when the the other team is a pre-made and their win train comes chugging down the one side for an easy goal while the people in your pug are idiots just floating around completely clueless. Even worse, they repeat the same thing over and over untill they win 6-0, while nobody in your pug except yourself understands the importance (or the need) of defence.

  16. A pyrotechs best defense is offence because survivability is low. Burst is the only attractive thing that the Pyrotech really has, aside from being able to kite somewhat due to some ranged abilities. Pyro's have no escape ability, it's only 2 defensive abilities are on a long cd and grapple is governed by resolve. I prefer my BM Vengeance spec Juggernaut for survivability vs my BM Pyrotech, plus, my Jugg is more fun to play.. minus the pyro burst of course. Pyro, like the Marauder have high damage but that's where my comparison between the two stops. The Marauder clearly has better survivability with defensive cd's such as: Cloak of pain, Undying Rage and force camouflage, as well as Saber Ward. Doing great damage is one thing, but doing great damage and having great survivability is quite another. It's for these reasons that I don't understand all the silly whining about the Pyro. If there is any class that needs looking at it's the Marauder/Sentinel. Bioware Just removing Undying Rage all together would fix the situation with Mara's. The Pyro is fine as is. The game needs burst to help achieve overall balance or healers and tanks would be out of control.
  17. I don't care about the cost for Legacy crap I care about the ridiculous costs of pulling mods. On top of that, paying to install an augment slot! It's all ridiculous considering that I grinded my *** of in WZ to get that gear in the first place.
